Dear Ms Sayali Sathe

With reference to the discussion you had with us, we are pleased to appoint you in our
organization as a DESIGN EXECUTIVE on the following terms & conditions:

1. You are required to work at our office at Bhosari, Indrayani Nagar, Pune,or at such other
places as may be required from time to time.

2. Your appointment has commenced on 13th November 2016 and you will be on probation
for 6 Months from the date of joining duty. During the period of probation your services
shall be subjected to termination of 2 Month on either side.

3. If your performance during the probation period is found satisfactory, we shall be pleased to
confirm you your post. However, on confirmation, your employment shall be subjected to
termination with 2 Months’ Notice on either side.

4. You will be paid a Salary of Rs 12,500/-P.M in the grade DE3

5. You are liable to be transferred from one place to another, from one Company to another,
from one department to another, from one shift to another and are expected to do such
work which may be assigned to you from time to time.

6. During the probation period you shall be entitled to a special leave of 2.5days only. Any
period above this shall be treated as unpaid leave. On confirmation of your services the
standard company rules and regulation shall apply.

7. The Company will provide you with necessary inputs by way of any training methods to
enhance your capability in the defined role. The Company also reserves the right to
ascertain a financial cost to the training imparted and recover the entire cost including travel
expenses, if any, from you. In the unlikely event of your separation from our services within
36months of you joining or on training or probation.

8. Your employment will be subject to you being found medically fit by our company’s Doctor.

9. After your appointment you shall be governed by all the company’s rules and regulations in
force from time to time.

10. You will not engage or be interested financially or otherwise directly or indirectly in any
business in india or abroad that unlawfully competes with the company for a period of
15Years from the date of termination of your employment from our company. Competition
with the company refers to i) Research into Development, Manufacture, Supply or
marketing or servicing of any product which is of the same or similar type to any product
researched or developed or manufactured or supplied or marketed or serviced by the
company. ii) Development or provision of any services (including but not limited to technical
and product support or consultancy or customer services) which are of the same or similar
type to any services provided by the company; or iii) Utilization, research or development of
any process or equipment which is substantially the same as any process or equipment
which was the subject of work done by you in the company.

11. You shall not, either during the continuance of your employment with our
organization(otherwise in the proper performance of your duties) of thereafter, without the
consent in writing of the company(signed by the Owner),disclosed to any person, firm or
company, and shall during the continuance of your employment use your best endeavors to
prevent the publication or disclose of any information concerning the business, accounts or
finance of the company or any of the
materials,machinery,processes,secrets,dealings,transactions,designs or affairs of the
company which have or may come to your knowledge during the course of your
employment. On the termination of your employment, you shall forthwith surrender to the
company all originals and copies of documents relating to any matter aforesaid. You will be
required to sign a “CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT WITH THE COMPANY” in due
course of time.

12. The remuneration payable to you will be subject to such ceilings and will be taxable as
prescribed in the Income Tax Act and other laws in force. Any personal or individual tax
liabilities that arise any time in future due to change in interpretation of income Tax rules
shall be to your account entirely and the company shall be responsible for any such liability.

13. You are required to provide your Income Tax Permanent Account Number (PAN) as a
statutory requirement at the time of joining. Your salary will be processed ONLY on receipt
of this number by the salary Section.

14. This appointment letter is being issued in duplicate. Please return the duplicate copy duly
signed in token of your acceptance.
