OVERVIEW

Dokumen ini dibuat oleh Include Studios untuk perpanjangan project khususnya untuk
kelanjutan dari Development Phase 3 (Android dan Web PKVHI.ORG) berdasarkan hasil
Meetup dan Diskusi dengan pihak Konselor PKVHI terkait Development Phase 4 (Android dan
Web PKVHI.ORG) ini.

Timeline pengerjaan project bersifat serial, tidak dilakukan dalam waktu yang bersamaan
antara pengerjaan bidang Android dan Web. Rencananya, Web dilakukan terlebih dahulu,
kemudian diikuti oleh Android.

Seperti halnya Development Phase 3, reporting dilakukan secara langsung menggunakan

Trello dan Bitbucket Git baik itu untuk pengembangan Web ataupun Android.

Feature List dan Budget yang terdapat pada bagian Work Specification dan Budget and
Work Duration masih bersifat negotiable dan dapat didiskusikan lebih lanjut.

Work Specification untuk Web dan Android dapat dilihat di File Excel yang terlampir beserta
dokumen ini.

BUDGET AND WORK DURATION (WEB)

Dibawah ini adalah breakdown dari Budget dan Work Duration yang diperlukan untuk
pengembangan bagian Web. Phase yang kosong adalah phase yang tidak memiliki task aktif
di dalamnya, namun terdapat task tidak aktif. Untuk jaga-jaga, kami tidak akan mengubah
struktur Phase jika sewaktu-waktu pihak PKVHI ingin mengaktifkan kembali phase tidak aktif
menjadi aktif.

Berdasarkan pada Work Specification, pihak Include Studios melakukan breakdown Budget
dan Durasi Pekerjaan untuk Web PKVHI.ORG sebagai berikut :

SUB PHASE WEB-1 (IDR 2.350.000 10 days)

SUB PHASE WEB-2 (IDR 1.250.000 7 days)

TOTAL IDR 3.600.000 17 Days

Berdasarkan pada Work Specification, pihak Include Studios melakukan breakdown Budget
dan Durasi Pekerjaan untuk Android PKVHI.ORG sebagai berikut :

SUB PHASE ANDROID-1 (IDR 2.250.000 8 days)

SUB PHASE ANDROID-2 (IDR 2.600.000 15 days)

SUB PHASE ANDROID-3 (IDR 2.800.000 16 days)

SUB PHASE ANDROID-4 (IDR 2.200.000 14 days)

TOTAL IDR 9.850.000 53 Days
