Procedure to pick up the 12 ¼” BHA for TOM – B03

- Prior to picking up the BHA:

(i) All work permits including RA permit to be ready.

(ii) SLB 5 ½” FH Pin x 6 ⅝” Reg Box lifting subs, to be made up to PD900 and
8 ¼” ARC tools.
(iii) Crossover 6 ⅝” Reg Box x 5 ½” FH Pin hand tight on PowerPulse.
(iv) 6 ⅝” Reg Pin lifting Heads to be made up to Schlumberger tools.
(v) Drill Bit on rig floor.
(vi) 6 ⅝” Reg Pin x XT57 Box Pup joint ready on floor for tests.

- Hold Pre- job meeting on drill floor.

- Pick up PD 900 PowerDrive tool. Insert PD flow sleeve in bit box. Make up 12 ¼” bit. Pick
up pup joint. Test PowerDrive according to DD’s instructions. Break off pup joint, lifting head
and crossover.

- Pick up ARC tool. After LTB connectors cleaned by LWD/MWD engineers, make up to
PowerDrive tool. While picking up ARC tool, lifting head from PD to be sent down for make
up to next BHA tool. SLB crossover to be kept on floor.

-Pick up PowerPulse tool and make up to ARC tool after LTB connectors inspected and
cleaned. While picking up, lifting head from ARC to be sent down and made up to next BHA
tool. SLB crossover to be kept on floor.

- Pick up ADN tool. Make up ADN tool to PowerPulse after LTB connectors cleaned and
inspected. Lifting head from ADN to be sent down and made up to next BHA tool.

- Pick up pup joint. Make up TDS and test LWD string according to LWD engineers. Lay
down pup jt.

- Pick up and make up in order, Halliburton tools (QBAT, HCIM) and 2 x 8” DCs – all DCs to
be rabbited while picking up. Change elevators, then pull stand and rack back. Lifting heads
when removed should be sent down to be made up to next BHA tools if required.

- Hold RA safety meeting on drill floor. Ensure all barriers to drill floor and moonpool in
place. Make safety announcements in English and Portuguese.

- Crane and roustabouts to latch on to RA source shield and transfer to rig floor.

- LWD crew to load RA source in ADN.

- Pick up the stand with 2 x 8”DC, HCIM and QBAT from the derrick, and make up to ADN.
RIH.

- Pick up the stand of 3 x 8” DC from the derrick, make up and RIH.

- Change elevators, pick up 1 x 8” DC from pipe deck - all DCs to be rabbited while picking
up. Make up and RIH.

- Pick up, make up and RIH 3 x singles of HWDP from pipe deck.

- Pick up Jars from pipe deck. Make up Jars. RIH slowly, removing guards in place.

- Pick up, make up and RIH 11 x singles of HWDP from pipe deck.

- Change elevators. Pick up first stand of DP from derrick, make up, and RIH.

- Make up TDS. Bring pumps to test flow rate as per LWD engineer.

- If test OK make “All clear” announcement for RA operations.

- Continue RIH.
