Introduction
It is one of the fastest growing industry. The increase in
number of household and the over the country created great
demand for hollow bricks brick are substitute for conventional
bricks and stones in building construction.

ADVANTAGES OF BRICKS
1).They are lighter than bricks.
2).Easier to place and consumer less cement they have
uniform quality.
3).They have uniform quality.
4).faster speed of construction.
5).low labour investment.
6). longer durability.
In view of these advantages hollw concrete blocks are
being increasingly used in construction activities

 Limitation of on the job training

1. In this entire internship work, I was not able to learn all the business activities due to
shortage of time.

2. For my hard work, I didn’t get any salary.

3. As I was a fresher, I found it difficult to communicate with the customers.

4.i learned how bricks making what are proces involved in bricks making

Work Experience
● This report is a short description of my ten days internship carried out as a compulsory
component of third semester of B.Com. The internship was started it was good
experience where I went to a firm and worked there for a 15 days .The people there
were so kind and we're explaining all the working Procedure with care and with a great
patience it was taught about the account procedure and some of aspects in tally I was
also taught about the account procedure and some of aspects in tally. I was also taught
about bricks making progress on the first day .I felt some what like difficult but as the
day went on it becomes some what easy .first they explained about industry it was
started in the year of 2000 there are 7 to 8 members are working timing starts at 9 o
clock ends 5 o clock at all in 1St day that much only next they explained about there's
works how the bricks are prepared with machine using for making the bricks they
explained ow to make bricks in one day 350 to 400 bricks are prepare machines then
they told me how to operate bricks machine it was good experience

Conclusion

● This internship has been an excellent and rewarding experience. I have been able to
meet and network with many people that will help me with opportunities in the future.
Main things that I have learnt through this internship are communication and
behavioral skills. I learned about needs of the customer, giving required service to the
customers . On the job training helped me a lot of gain more experience to incuding .I
understand a lot experience along with getting lot of memories.
