Product Name: EUREKA MATCHBOX
A match is a small stick of wood of cardboard with a solidified mixture of flammable chemicals
deposited on both end. When that end is struck on a rough surface, the friction generates enough
heat to ignite the chemicals and produce a small flame called safety matches, will ignite only
when they are struck on a special rough surface containing certain chemicals.

fulfill expected needs of the consumers. Which other company have not fulfilled, thus, our new
product will cater to these needs our new product UREKA MATCHBOX will have superior

In India customers are very price sensitive we plan to price our new product slightly cheaper to
other brands. As per our analysis, UREKA MATCHBOX should charge a price of Rs 1/-

Place or distribution, we will need to spell out where the product or service is available. This
May either is through distributer retail shop; pan shop we will need to inform the public where
the products may be available. The product is available in whole seller’s stores and retail stores
so it reaches to the customer when required in Andhra Pradesh.
Promotion:
Since we see a great opportunity for UREKA MATCHBOX, we recommend an aggressive
promotional campaign for the new product. Our promotion would adopt a Print media, Bill
boards.
