RESUMEN
Con respecto al proceso puede conceptuarse, como el medio o herramienta que los
órganos jurisdiccionales hacen uso para atender a aquellos justiciables los cuales
pretenden todos sus derechos a la defensa; por lo tanto, está dirigido por el juez,
especialmente ya que ellos son quienes están facultados para aplicar el derecho
correspondiente a su situación y de alguna manera resolver el conflicto que se hubiera
generado, en los cuales se tendrá en cuenta los medios probatorios para una adecuada
administración de justicia por parte del órgano jurisdiccional.
ABSTRACT
The investigation made a continuation is totally directed to the characterization of the

0501-JR-PE-01-in-the-Court specialized in the legal , It belongs to the judicial district of
Ayacucho, Huamanga, Peru.
The relationship with the characterization, which can be conceptualized as the

In this regard, it is necessary to resolve the problem and identify the different
characteristics of the judicial process, which will be taken into account as the content of
the sources of the normative, doctrinal and jurisprudential nature applicable to a criminal
proceeding.
With regard to the process can be conceptualized, as the means or tool that the courts.
therefore, it is directed by the judge, especially because they are the ones who are
empowered to apply the right to a situation and a way to resolve the conflict that has been
imported, in which the evidence for an administration will be taken into account. of justice
on the part of the jurisdictional organ. The purpose of this present research work is to
deepen knowledge in different areas of law.
In this order, the present work is carried out. Also, among the reasons that drive and
deepen the study of this area of reality are various findings that account for the existence
of a problematic situation in the following appointment:
The methodology has foreseen the following: 1) The unit of analysis, it is a documented
judicial process (Judicial file - this, will represent the documentary basis of the present
investigation) to select it, apply a non-probabilistic sampling, determine the intentional );
2 The techniques that are applied for data collection, responses and content analysis, the
instrument used, the observation guide and the field notes; 3) For its part, the construction
of the theoretical framework, which will guide the investigation, will be progressively
and systematically, in the function of the nature of the process existing in the file (there
will be content of procedural and use type, which will depend on the nature of the process
and of the judicialized claim); 4) The collection and analysis plan of the data, the
identification of the required data, the function of the objectives and the theoretical bases
of the investigation, to ensure its assertiveness; 5) The results are presented in tables with
evidence.
Finally, the research project will be adjusted to the scheme of annex number 4 of the
regulation of investigation version 9, of the Catholic University los Angeles de Chimbote
(Catholic ULADECH, 2017), in the preliminary part the title of the thesis will be observed
