AFFIDAVIT OF GUARDIANSHIP

I, JOAQUINA F. ALUNAN, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of

Guava Street, Purok Paglaum, Mansilingan, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental,
Philippines, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and say:

1. That I am the guardian de facto over the person of PRINCESS ALIANA

FUENTES who is been under my care and custody since she was a
minor;

2. That as the guardian de facto of PRINCESS ALIANA FUENTES, I

shouldered her basic needs, education as well as other necessities
since she was dependent for my support;

3. That however, I am not a court appointed guardian in as much as I

have no real or personal property and cannot afford to shoulder the
expenses for filing a guardianship proceeding in court;

4. This affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for
whatever legal purpose and intent it may serve

I, JOAQUINA F. ALUNAN, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of

Guava Street, Purok Paglaum, Mansilingan, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental,
Philippines, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and say:

1. That I am the aunt and legal guardian of KMAMISH NICOLE REDULLA

who was born on April 10, 2003 in Bacolod City, Negros Occdental;

2. That the said child has been under my care since birth;

3. That her mother, Ma. Sonriza Redulla is currently working in Manila,

Philippines and her father id “Unknown”;

4. That in the absence of her parents, I am acting as her guardian and

she is under my care and custody and staying with me in my house at
Purok Kaingin, Singcang Airport, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental;

5. That I have executed this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing
facts and to fulfill certain legal requirements of any governmental or
private agencies and for whatever legal purpose it may serve best.
