LOAN AGREEMENT

This Loan Agreement, dated this __________ day of

IN CONSIDERATION OF the Lender loaning certain monies (the “Loan”)

to the Borrower, and the Borrower repaying the loan to the Lender, both parties
agree to keep, perform and fulfill the promises and conditions set forth in this
Agreement:

1. That, at the request of the Borrower, the Lender has agreed

to extend to the principal sum of PESOS

been received by the Borrower;

2. That the Borrower promises to repay the LOAN to the

regular holidays, to the authorized representative (the

5. That in the event that the Borrower fails to pay the daily
payment for ___________ (____) consecutive days, he will
be considered in default without need of prior notice, and the
unpaid principal and the accrued interest thereon shall be

first stopped payment;

6. That, notwithstanding any contrary statements contained in

this agreement, if the Borrower defaults on payment of his
LOAN after the lapse of the agreed period stipulated in
Paragraph 2, and the default continues after the Lender
notifies the Borrower of the default and the period within
which it must be corrected, as may be required by law, the
Lender may declare the unpaid principal balance, and any
accrued interest and penalties, immediately due and
payable;

7. That in case court intervention should become necessary

and inevitable, the Borrower shall be liable for the court and
litigation expenses and attorney’s fees, amounting to
