- More entrance
- More man for the entrance
- Identification of work( all committees should be included )
- Committee for Security (Ask for security of the venue)
- Marshall and security committee (seating arrangement)
- Need intern from Crim
- Tap Red Cross for medic
- Guest speaker should be place at VIP Room/ Back Stage
- Run through of Graduation
- Last students will bring flag
- All PB Topnotchers should be placed in front.
- Evaluation for the event ( C/O Jobs)

Resolution:

- Stick with the plan

- Brief alll the artist about the event
- Videographer and Photographers should be oriented
- Suppliers ( make-up artists and designers) should be oriented
- Staff are idle while the programming is running.
- Food stub for all the staff, prod and make up artist except guest, speakers and judges.
