    We are reminding all Area Managers to comply with the deadline for the submission of various documents
    written below to the Accounting Department as agreed upon from the previous meeting held at TopRank
    Manila last June 23.

    1. Budget Proposal

    2. Project Cost Estimation

    The deadline for all of these will be today, June 28, as we already moved the date of submission from June
    24 as per your request.
