ARULMIGU CHENNAKESAVAPERUMAL THIRUKOIL is about 7km from
jolarpet junction and about 10 km from tirupattur town. This thirukoil is about 300
years of old constructed with stone work

The ground level is above the sannathy floor level and hence the rain water
enters in to the sannathy during rainy seasons. Hence it disturbes the devotees during
puja times. Now a doner come to renovate this thirukoil at his own expenditure. Further

sannathy. The temple autharities have disided to renovate the thirukoil after getting
permission from the department.
The following provisions are made in this estimate
Provision is given for dismantling the existing weathering course and tiles with
parapet wall
Provision is given for Documenting the stone structure,Numbering ,removing
and stacking for reuse such as wall stones piller pavukkal etc
Provision is given for earth work excavation for foundation, sand filling and
foundation concrete 1:5:10 using 40 mm metal
Provision is given for laying Rrmasonry in cm 1:4 using selected stones
Provision is given for refixing the existing wall stones , piller, pothiyal ,uthiram,
pavukkal in its original position
Provision is given for raising wall height to additional ht of 1' 03/4" with new stones
Provision is also given for constucting gopuram with varga brick work and
vargapoochu to have temple structure
Provision is also given for painting the thirukoil with exterior water based
emulsion over vargapoochu and plastering
The estimate is prepared based on current sheduled of rate for the year 2017-18.
The estimate amount worksout to Rs .The estimate proposal my be
approved
