What can I put in my

What happens if I forget or lose my PIN code, access card or key?

• Call Vault@268 for lost cards or keys at +65 67377 268


• Come to our office with proper identification to get your new PIN, card or key

• Charges apply for replacement cards or keys
What happens if the system brings me the wrong box?

• No instance of the wrong box being brought has ever occurred in over a decade

• Access card, PIN code and key dictate movement of all safe deposit boxes
How many safe deposit
boxes may I rent annually?

• No limit to how many boxes


• May have more access cards corresponding to
the number of boxes


• May have one access card for all boxes


• Charges apply for extra access cards
