3 Sit For Exam: At venues set by Grab

1 Before Exam Day:

Drivers need to ensure that:

• Completed medical check-up

• Completed digital training
• Scheduled a PSV exam slot
• Received exam confirmation from Grab (within 13 working days)

2 During Exam Day:

Drivers need to bring the following documents1 to exam venue:

• Completed JPJL8A form

• Photocopy of IC
• Color photo (white background, size 25mm x 32mm) *please note it is NOT passport size*
• Blue Pen

3 After Exam Day:

If drivers PASS the PSV exam, Grab will notify drivers on what to expect / do next
If drivers FAIL the PSV exam, Grab will provide a link to drivers to re-schedule PSV exam

1Only Grab drivers-partners in Klang Valley, Johor Bahru, Kuching, Melaka and Kuantan are required to bring the documents during exam day
