My name is Margarita Yashchenko and am currently pursuing certificate IV in
property management and sales in Real estate. I was born in Novosibirsk, Siberia, Russia, but moved to Australia in 2009 when i was 11 years old. My love for horses started at my tender age, but unfortunately, I wasn′t brought up into the horse world. None of my family members has portrayed a passion for horses as I do. I hail from humble background since I have been raised by a young, single mother. I can recall when I was young approximately four years old, I used to play with horse toys and would also run around the house pretending. I also used my creativity to build obstacle courses out of boxes and long sticks in my living room and jump them. My mother noticed my interest in horses, and when I was nine years old, she took me to the nearest riding school. However, I was turned down since the trainer claimed that they only recruited individuals aged ten years and above. I had no alternative but to wait whereby I enrolled immediately, I turned 10. I became crazy about horses, and I would attend the lessons thrice a week. My training ended after when year when my mother got married to an Australian man, and we had to relocate. After relocation, for the first two years, I couldn’t identify a riding school. However, my love for horses never ended. I would spend significant time on the computer reading about horses. I also used to look at pictures of different breeds of horses as well as watching videos. The computer research on horses introduced me to the Arabian horse. I feel in love with the breed, especially by its looks. The beauty, the elegance, the pride and grace that I saw all in one photo, was unbelievable. Since then, I began researching on the Arabian horse until I came across the famous champion Stallions. I got to know about their pedigrees and the studs they belonged to. However, my most favourite thing was keeping up with their updated photographs, taken by the most amazing photographers. Through observation of the pictures, I found my new passion for photography, particular nature and animals. In all my endeavours, my big dream has been to take the photographs of the real Arabian horse by myself. Many years have gone past, and I have managed to move across various Australian areas such as Queensland, Victoria and South Australia. While residing in Victoria, I began taking a course in Equine studies when I was aged 16. One of the days, our class was preparing to go for an excursion. Upon realizing where we were heading to, my heart sunk to my stomach since I realized that we were going to an Arabian Stud. I was excited because I knew that It was my chance to see the Arabian horse breed, which was my favourite. I made preparations through ensuring that I packed one of my best cameras. When we arrived, i finally got to begin moving towards my dream, taking photos of Arabian horses. After a few years, I moved to South Australia and had to leave everything I knew behind again. This negatively interfered with my photography dream because I was loaded with various responsibilities when kept me busy. I had started taking part in some modelling, to what then turned into a big hobby — currently, I′ve done numerous beach photoshoots, and even some with horses. Modelling would also present opportunities for moving to various places such as Europe thus having the chance of seeing my favourite Arabian horses as well as experienced photographers. This will be my way into the world of such magical creatures since I dream that one day, I will live around my Arabian horses.
