 1. Automatic take bag, bag coding, bag opening, weighing & filling products into
bags, bag sealing, finished product output .
The whole machine controlled by PLC (Siemens/Germany) and Touch Screen
(Siemens/Germany).
2. Automatic detection. No pouch or pouch is not opened completely, no feeding,
no sealing, pouch can be reused, avoid wasting materials.
3. Independent temperature control system (Omron/Japan).
4. Safety devices, when the abnormal pressure of work or failure of heating pipe,
it will alarm.
5. Use no oil vacuum pump, avoid polluting the environment in the production.
