- monitor and track raised quality gaps till closure
- create the Project Quality Report
- contribute, monitor and track peer reviews
- create monthly project assessment report
- distribute the Project Assessment Report to the SW Quality Engineer
- coaching and mentoring project team for process needs

Define Company’s Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures.

• Comply with Quality Assurance standards and ensure that requirements are meet.
• Oversee the implementation and ensure efficiency of inspection and quality systems
• Document Quality Assurance activities, such as internal audits etc.
• Gather Statistical Quality Data.
• Evaluate and validate data to trace areas for improvement.
• Submit report on results of quality activities to the Top Management.
• Analyze audit outcomes and carry out appropriate corrective measures.
• Oversee Risk Management Procedures.
