UAT Summary:

Please follow each step in order in the document to complete UAT. The narrative will walk you through the testing
process. Before starting each test, please open an incognito window using Google Chrome browser. This will ensure
no third-party ad-blockers or caching issues, causing you to falsely report a bug. Final QA will be tested cross-
browser, but for the purposes of UAT, all checks should be performed in Chrome browser.

1. Age gate: User should select their state in order
to enter the site. Please visit the homepage,
https://ee.frankcollective.com/, the age gate
should appear and you should be able to select
your state of residence to continue to the
homepage.
2. After reaching the homepage, User should be
able to choose the state for shipping purposes.
Please select a shipping state and verify that
the shipping state is shown correctly in the
header on the homepage.
3. While still on the homepage, scrolling down or
up should cause header to shrink or expand
depending on given command. Please verify
that the header navigation collapses and
expands as expected on the homepage.
4. Next, click on the “Learn more about select”
button from the homepage navigates user to
Wine Club page. You may also navigate to the
Wine Club page directly here:
https://ee.frankcollective.com/wine-club. Please
verify that the Wine Club design matches
expectations based on final design. Please do
not test Wine Club functionality (create club,
add to cart) until UAT 3.
5. From the Wine Club page, please click on the
Shop Wine button, which will navigate user to
Wines page. Please verify that you are
navigated to the Wines (PLP) page. You may
also visit the Wines page directly from this link:

Once on the /wines page, please verify that the
catalog of wines is shown correctly and all
filters/sorts are working correctly.
6. From the Wines PLP page, please click the
About Us link in the navigation in order to
navigate the user to the About us page. Once
on the About Us page, please verify that the
page matches design expectations, and that all
outbound links are working as expected. You
may also visit the page directly from this link:

7. From the About Us page, the user should scroll


to the bottom of the page, and click on the link
to FAQ. User should be navigated to the FAQ
page. You may also visit the FAQ page directly
by visiting this link:

8. While on FAQ page, the user should be able to


click the + button, which expands detailed
description of selected question. Please verify
that FAQ page matches design expectations. If
any copy changes are necessary, please create
a ticket for copy changes as described in the
QA testing document.
9. While on the FAQ page, the user should scroll
to the footer, and click on the Shipping link in
the footer to navigate to the Shipping page. You
may also visit the Shipping page directly from
this link: https://ee.frankcollective.com/shipping
Please verify that the Shipping page matches
design expectations.
10. While on the Shipping page, please click the
Contact Us link in the footer. User should be
navigated to the Contact Us page. You may
also visit the page directly from this link:

11. While on the Contact us page, User is able to fill


out Contact Us form and submit it with a
confirmation. Please verify that the form submits
successfully and design matches expectations.
12. While on Contact Us page, clicking on + sign in
Popular FAQ Questions part expands the
associated FAQ.
13. On the Contact Us page, please click the
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram social media
buttons in the bottom left footer. User should
navigate to the social media pages of the Ester
& Ethyl in a new window.
14. Please scroll to the bottom to view the footer
and click on Ester & Ethyl logo in footer. This
should bring the user back to the homepage.
15. While on the homepage, scroll to the footer.
Please enter an email address in the “Subscribe
to our newsletter” field. This will allow the user
to enter email and submit a subscription. After
submission, success modal should appear.
16. While viewing the footer on the homepage,
clicking on Acceptable Use Agreement
navigates user to that page. Please repeat for
Privacy Policy, Trademarks, and User
agreement. Please verify that copy and design
matches expectations.
17. Clicking on Privacy Policy navigates user to
Privacy page
18. Clicking on Trademarks navigates user to that
page
19. Clicking on User Agreement navigates user to
that page
20. Please navigate to the example PDP page by
visiting this link:

21. Please go back to the homepage and click “Log
in” in the navigation, using the credentials
provided to Log In. For the Logged in User:
Clicking on “HI <username> “ in header
navigates user to the Account settings page.

22. While on any page, Clicking on “Ships to


<State> opens up dropdown where user has an
option to change shipping location. Please verify
that you are able to select your shipping state.
23. Logged in User: While on the account settings
page, please verify that the design matches
expectations.
24. Logged in User: While in Account settings
clicking on Edit button offers user set of editing
options.
25. Logged in User: Clicking on Edit button next to
Account details page opens a form to change
the name and password . A user should not be
able to update their email address.
26. Logged in User: Email settings should have two
options from which user can choose to receive
E&E promotional emails or opt out. Gallo IT
should confirm receipt of opt-in/opt-out of
emails. Please test the radio buttons to make
sure they are clickable.
27. Logged in User: While on the Account Settings
page, clicking on +Add new payment button
under Payment Details sub header opens pop
window which allows user to add new payment
method. Please use a valid test payment
methods for testing:

28. Logged in User: While on the Account Settings
page, adding payment method should include
valid credit card and billing address where user
is unable to add payment method unless Billing
address is defined.
29. Logged in User: While on the Account Settings
page, the user should be able to add a billing
address by clicking on the button on the bottom
of the pop up for adding new payment method
30. Logged in User: After Filling fields with valid
credentials and clicking on Select this address
button user is able to Add payment method.
31 From the Account settings page, please click
the navigation link to Order History. You should
be navigated to the Order History page, where
you should be able to see past orders. Please
verify that the user has 3 orders and that design
meets expectations.

32. Logged in User: Please navigate back to the


homepage. Once on the homepage, please
click the Log out button. The navigation should
switch to say Log In, and the user should be
Logged Out of the site.
33. Once you are logged out, please click the Log In
link in the navigation. Once on the Log In page,
please click “Create New Account” on the page.
User should be navigated to the Create Account
page. Please enter your information in order to
create a new account. Once a new account is
successfully created UAT Round 1 is complete.
