Z: yes of course. Salad is delisious. There are so many vitamin there because salad consist of
many fruits such as orange, grape, apple, melon, watermelon, banana, tsrawberry, etc. There
are some benefit when we eat salad. Those are:
Z: oke. I will tell the recipe for you. You should prepapre the material first. Those are:
1. Wash the apple and then cut into quarters removing the core. Cut into chunks.
2. Divide the tangerines or oranges into segments.
3. Wash grapes and half each one.
4. Cut banana and kiwi fruit into slices.
5. Cut pineapple into chunks.
6. Place all fruit in the bowl, add the orange juice and mix well.
N: i am interesting to make salad. I ever heard salad will be fine if it is kept in the freezer for
3 days

N: oke. I think salad is good solution for diet according to me
