Z: yes i agree with you, other benefition are a daily salad will aid your intake of healthy fats,
build strong bones, protect your peepers, improve muscle performance, protect your heart,

N: how to make salad zul?

Z: oke. I will tell the recipe for you. You should prepapre the material first. Those are:

1. 1 red or green apple


2. 2 tangerines or small oranges, peeled
3. 12 black or green grapes
4. 1 medium banana, peeled
5. 2 kiwi fruits, peeled
6. 1 large thick slice of pineapple, fresh or canned
7. 1 glass of fresh unsweetened orange juice - you can also use grape, pineapple or apple
juice

The step are:

1. Wash the apple and then cut into quarters removing the core. Cut into chunks.
2. Divide the tangerines or oranges into segments.
3. Wash grapes and half each one.
4. Cut banana and kiwi fruit into slices.
5. Cut pineapple into chunks.
6. Place all fruit in the bowl, add the orange juice and mix well.
N: i am interesting to make salad. I ever heard salad will be fine if it is kept in the freezer for
3 days

N: the first one is banana. Because banana contain of vitamin c and b that can prevent
influenza. The second one is grape. Grape consist of antiocsidan. This antiocsidan can
recover you body from virus and prevent cancer. The third one is papaya.
Z: when i get influenza, i always consume apple too. Apple consist of vitamin c. In addition,
orange can recover your body from diseas and it consist of vitamin c.
