KEMBARA SIRAH 2018

 1. INTRODUCTION

This programme acts as an effective and efficient learning medium specifically

tailored for Standard 4 and 5 students. It also equipped the mentors with mentoring skills

through real practices and serves as a medium to strengthen the bond between mentors and

mentees. “Kembara Sirah” focused on instilling mentees’ interest in Sirah Nabawiyyah. It is

to extract the beauty of the sirah that can be applied in our daily life.

2. NATURE AND CONTENT OF THE PROGRAMME

This programme is organized by GEMILANG Club for selected mentees from

standard four and five students from two different schools, Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman
Selasih and Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Pusu. The main purpose of this programme is to
provide medium for effective and efficient learning through mentoring system. Besides
focusing on Sirah (prophetic histories), it will also enhance mentees’ knowledge through
exercise and games.

11. MODUS OPERANDI

Let’s Love Our Prophet

 A module will be conducted in this slot in order to assign each mentee to his or her
group with supervision of a mentor. The Prophet’s stories will be shared to the
mentees during this session. Moreover, in order to ensure mentees’ focus and
attention, exercises as a recall process will be provided to the mentees based on
particular sirah (s).
Know Your Heroes
 The histories of the past muslim nation leaders and caliphs, and other related
issues will be focused on this session. Moreover, in order to ensure mentees’ fos
and attention, exercises as a recall process will be provided to the mentees based
on particular figure (s). Mentors will be in charge in supervising and correcting
mentees’ mistakes by group.
Explorace
 In this slot, the groups will be asked to finish a few task in order for them to gain
marks. Tasks will be based on what they have learned throughout the programme.

members of GEMILANG CLUB to improve and strengthen the ukhuwwah among them.
This also will entrust the GEMILANG CLUB a best platform from its clients and the
