Where to Access HP Scanjet Twain Driver Download

Most scanners now come with a feature called TWAIN technology. When a driver comes with this
program, all software applications compatible with this feature will work perfectly with scanners
that support it.

For example, TWAIN allows you to directly scan an image (using a scanner, of course!) into a
PhotoShop application, provided the program is compatible.

How to Update Your TWAIN Driver

If your TWAIN driver is either corrupted or outdated, it can very well inhibit the productivity of
PC systems because they won’t allow image files to be opened. Good news, repairing your TWAIN
driver is not something that requires a lot of effort. It can even be done through the Windows 7
system.

 Left-click the “start” button and select the “computer” icon and choose the “manage”
option from the menu.
 Tap on the “system tools” option and select the “device manager” before right-clicking on
the “TWAIN driver” available in the menu.
 Simply select the “uninstall” option and opt for “OK” when prompted.
 Restart your computer. Once it boots back up, your TWAIN driver will be reinstalled by
the system through the Windows Update application.
