Conventional Administration Sets
This section features conventional administration sets, also called

The IV tubing plays an important role when using IV pumps. The outer
diameter, inner diameter and durameter (softness) are all variables that

Needle-free administration sets are similar to the conventional sets,

except that the injection ports are replaced with a MicroClave. Needle-free Macro Drop, 2 Injection Ports,

conventional injection ports. MicroClave technology saves time,
money, provides secure connections, and is mechanically and
microbiologically closed to prevent infection from contamination.
Unlike the UniverSet conventional administration sets, the MicroClave

When it is time to walk your patients receiving IV fluids, it can be quite time
consuming, expensive, and also put your patients at risk. MicroClave® sets
and MicroClave® T-ports give you a true needle-free protocol, saves time

the patient is disconnected from the IV administration set for exercise.

tubing connects with a larger IV bag and the burette chamber is filled to
