Highly Slip Resistant Flooring

For both dry and wet process areas, coefficient of friction plays a critical factor in the
safe usage and design of the flooring system. Fosroc Nitoflor PU cementitious flooring
range, designed from smooth to profiled finish, offer surface finishes to suit safe usage
in dry & wet areas.

Profile finish for wet areas has been designed for antislip surface. The liquid film gets
squeezed to break and provides a direct contact between footwear and flooring which
results in slip resistance. In order to maintain a proper hygienic condition, the cleaning
method for the profiled wet areas needs to be mechanized using proper floor cleaning
equipment’s.

conventional epoxy & PU resin flooring
will not resist.

Fosroc Nitoflor PU cementitious flooring

range is specifically designed to resist
most chemicals, such as organic and
inorganic acids including 50% acetic acid,
30% lactic acid, 100% oleic acid,
concentrated citric acid as well as
hydrochloric, sulphuric and nitric acid at
up to 50% dilution. Resistance to both
aromatic and aliphatic solvents such as
methanol, acetone, carbon tetrachloride,
MEK and alkaline substances is also
provided.’

Fosroc Nitoflor PU cementitious flooring range is designed to withstand high
temperatures and thermal shock, encountered in food processing and
pharmaceutical industries.

Fosroc Nitoflor PU cementitious flooring range is designed for high temperature

resistance for floors subjected to hot water and steam cleaning through to the extreme
cold conditions of both blast and deep freezers.

Temperature resistance depends upon thickness of flooring that protects the stress on
the bond line.
