V. ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
DepEd formally launched “BRIGADA ESKWELA 2019” from May 20-25,
2019 in all public elementary and high schools nationwide. The primary aim of
the program is to prepare the whole school community for another school year.

On the first day of Brigada Eskwela, May 20, 2019; as part of the advocacy
program, a parade was started at 7:00 am to disseminate the information. This was led
by the teachers of Talaga Elementary School together with our school head, Dr. Rosita
T. Mangona, parents, PTA Officers, 4P’s and students. The parade was routed from
Orange House up to Red House where most of the students of TES come from.
Registration was facilitated by the Brigada committees (the TES teaching staff). A short
program was conducted at 8:00 in the morning. The opening prayer was led by Mrs.
Eva Margarita Barrientos, and followed by the National Anthem led by Ms.Jessa P.
Libato. Dr. Rosita T. Mangona, our School Head gave the welcome address and appeal
to all parents to ask for their cooperation to all the activities throughout Brigada
Eskwela. Miss Ana Carla A. De Castro spearheaded all the activities designed for the
one week operation of cleaning and preparing the school for another meaningful year of
school while Miss Charisse San Luis announced the designated tasks/assignments to
the different areas. At exactly 9:00am, the operation was started. The whole cleaning
force started with cleaning the schools’ premises such as the front gate and the school
garden
On May 21, with the help of the stakeholders coming from the community and
that from the persons involved whom were invited, they started the activity for the whole
day such as the continuation of cleaning/improvement of the school ground as well as
cleaning the principal’s office and the School library.
On May 22, the 3rd day of Brigada Eskwela, aside from checking the attendance,
cleaning of different classroom’s doors and windows as well as the school office;
continuation of cleaning the school ground and the school garden were successfully
done.
On the fourth day, May 23, after the checking of attendance, repairing and
cleaning of chairs, desks, tables, blackboards and other school facilities were given
attention. Class rooms were cleaned.
On May 24, 2019, after checking the attendance, cleaning of the School Canteen
and transferring of cabinets, chairs, tables and other stuff from the HE Room to its new
room near the School Library had been immediately accomplished by the whole
cleaning force.
On the last day of the activity, May 25, painting the pathways of the School room
occurred with the aid coming from the Morong PNP Team as well as the evaluation and
monitoring of the accomplishments done were reported at the closing program that was
participated by the Parents, Alumni, School Personnel, and students.

As a whole, all the tasks that were done were indeed successful for this DepEd
project. Stakeholders showed their initiatives providing anything that that could give for
the success of this event. With this, we could say that the school is now well prepared to
be the second home of the learners being hazard-free, conducive and enjoyable place
to stay in.

VI. RECOMMENDATION
 A comprehensive and responsive involvement of the public especially the
whole community near the school in the implementation of the different
activities of Brigada Eskwela.
 Meetings, conferences and dialogues be conducted among
stakeholders often to ensure that the goals are parallel to what are being
expected.
 Private involvement and partnerships of other individuals, companies,
corporation etc. must be encourage for they serve as financial framework for
any project of the school.
