Goal:
I will graduate from Troy University in the Spring Semester 2019.
Course completed to date from 2015 until present:
I have completed 30 courses with GPA is 3.345. So I have currently earned 88 credits hours.
Course in progress:
In Spring Semester 2018, I have taken five courses include: MKT462, MGT440, ECO451,
BUS3382, MKT 4468. My expectations during this semester that I will pass all of five subjects and
I expect my GPA to be 3.2 include 3 A courses and 2 B courses.
My obstacles during this semester could be the number of subjects that I am taking:

 Time pressure: Because I am taking five courses and two of them are taught by Troy
professors which mean that each of the only lasts two weeks. Furthermore, the deadline is
another pressure. In every week, there are assignments, quizzes, discussions, and
homework due on the weekend. I must complete them before the due on Sunday (11:59
p.m.). So, if I do not read each syllabus and schedule of the subjects carefully, I will miss
some of them.
 Cultural barriers: Sometimes I'm trying to catch up with the lecture of professional who
came from United States. Maybe I'm too familiar with the teaching style of Vietnamese
teachers while the self-studying appreciated in the US. Thus, I believe that I need more time
to improve this issue.

To solve the problem, I need to spend more time to focus on reading book that it allow me gain
better knowledge of each subjects before starting in class. So I also need to find a study group
including three or four members to share the opinion they learn from the lecture. In addition, I also
need to create a detail plan to schedule my plan accurately. The purpose of this is to ensure that I
can achieve my learning objective and expectation.
My achievement from the beginning of this semester to present:

 Score 90/100 in ECO451 midterm exam

 Score 98/100 in MKT 462 midterm exam

Future activities:
If I follow my plan correctly, I plan to graduate in the next Summer semester 2018 with a minimum
of 3.4 of GPA.
In the future, I intent to join the job associated with human resource management for a media
company in Hanoi based on the knowledge in my study programs.
