F. LESSONS LEARNED
The Brigada Eskwela in Lapuyan National High School added a new meaning to
the Filipino concept of unity. It brings to us a real picture of people from different
sectors of local communities repainting of roofs, walls and fences, cleaning the
surroundings and classrooms. We learned that spirit of Bayanihan should be
institutionalized in our school.
Some activities were not addressed because most of the volunteers were
females and they do not have the skills to perform such activities like carpentry
and masonry for minor repair.
