4. Unikom Bhd. holds 33% of the share of Unitele Sdn. Bhd. and elects 7
out of the 9 members of the Board of Directors. Unitele Sdn. Bhd. holds
70% of the shares in Papikom Sdn. Bhd. and 100% of the shares in
UMW Sdn. Bhd.

Unikom Bhd. also holds 40% shares in Hatch Bhd.

Explain with reference to the relevant provisions of the Companies Act

2016:

(a) the types of each company; and

(b) the relationship between all companies.
