Registration Of Partnership Deed:
In order to register a partnership business, here is the step-by-step process:

 Download the application form (Form. I) and fill it properly.

 Submit registration fee i.e Rs 200/- in the National Bank of Punjab (NBP) or State Bank
of Pakistan (SBP) under a Partnership Act 1932, through a challan under the head of
account C-03545.

 All the partners and witnesses should be required to sign on a Partnership Deed on the
Stamp paper of Rupees 1000/- and submit to the registrar of the firm.

 All partners and witnesses should be required to submit their original N.I.C along with
the photocopy to the registrar of firm.

 Attach an attested Stamp paper regarding the accuracy of papers with stamp paper of Rs
50/-

 Submit the copy of lease agreement or ownership of office address alongside a copy of
utility bills to the registrar of the firm.

Registration of a Welfare Foundation or Non Profit Organization:


 Minimum number of members in a society are 7.

 Prepare three copies of Memorandum of Association as well as Article of Association.

 Memorandum of Association should be signed by all members of society.

 Submit registration fee i.e. Rs 500/- in the National Bank of Punjab (NBP) or State Bank
of Pakistan (SBP) under the Societies Registration Act 1860, through a challan under the
head of account C-03818.

 Attested photocopies of N.I.C of all members of society are required.

 Submit the attested affidavit of society’s secretary after confirmation from the Oth
commissioner on the Stamp paper of Rs 50/-

 Submit the copy of ownership of office address alongside a copy of utility bills to the
registrar of the firm.

 Submit all the above mentioned documents to the firm registration office.
Union:
 Union is the group of workers of an organization or a factory that raises their voice
together so that their needs can be better represented in front of the authorities.

 They have the common goal or aim.

 It achieves its objectives through collective action and group effort.

Objectives of union:
 To secure better working condition for the workers.

 To protect the interest of employees by taking active parts in the management.

 To secure social welfare of employees.

 To improve the economic lot of employees by securing for them better wages.

Process Of Registration of A Union:


 Any group of 7 or more persons can from a trade union.

 A statement given to the registrar including:

1. Name, occupation and address of the member making application.

2. The name of trade union and address of its head office.

 Submit registration fee i.e. Rs 500/- in the National Bank of Punjab (NBP) or State Bank
of Pakistan (SBP) under the Societies Registration Act 1860, through a challan under the
head of account C-03818.

 Attested photocopies of N.I.C of all members of union are required.

 Attach an attested Stamp paper regarding the accuracy of papers with stamp paper of Rs
50/-

 Submit the copy of ownership of office address alongside a copy of utility bills to the
registrar of the firm.

 Submit all the above mentioned documents to the firm registration office.
