Mr. Karl Richardson (dob: 9/3/1961), in violation of T.C.A. 39-13-20 (a)(1), a Class A Felony. COUNT TWo: And the Grand Jurors, aforesaid, upon their oaths, aforesaid, present that on or about September 02, 2018, and prior to the finding of this Presentment, in the Cheatham County, Tennessee, MELBA A HARRIS did recklessly kill Karl Richardson (dob: 9/3/1961) by the operation of a motor vehicle, the killing of Karl Richardson (dob: 9/3/1961) being the proximate result of MELBA A HARRIS’s intoxication as set forth in T.C.A. 55-10-401, in violation of T.C.A. 39-13-23 (a)(2), a Class B Felony.
