This letter is sent upon authority of my client Ms. Avelina Sanidad, the owner of the
commercial lot and building located at Block 12 Lot 43 Montalban Heights, Barangay San Jose,
Rodriguez Rizal that you are currently occupying thereof. You have been ignoring your prior
agreement with her to pay the arrears or unpaid rentals due for the months of November 2016
up to present, which have cause irreparable injury to my client.

Please be advised that you have breached the provisions of your contract with the
landowner specifically the payment of the monthly rental of TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
(Php 2,300.00) PESOS from the months of November of 2016 up to present which have now
amounted to FIFTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED (Php 52,900.00) PESOS. Pursuant to law
and stipulations in the contract, the landowner DEMANDS THAT YOU SETTLE YOUR ACCOUNT
within FIFTEEN (15) days from receipt and to VACATE the premises within THIRTY (30) days
from the receipt of this notice. The period above stated is non – extendable and non –
negotiable.

Accordingly, you are given ample time to comply with your obligations and to vacate the
premises. If you do not pay and leave the premises within the period stipulated above, my client
shall be constrained to commence suit to protect her interests.

Please be guided accordingly.

Rodriguez Rizal that you are currently occupying thereof. You have been ignoring your prior
agreement with her to pay the arrears or unpaid rentals due for the months of March 2016 up to
present, which have cause irreparable injury to my client.

Please be advised that you have breached the provisions of your contract with the
landowner specifically the payment of the monthly rental of TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
(Php 2,300.00) PESOS from the months of March 2016 up to present which have now amounted
to SEVENTY ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED (Php 71,300.00) PESOS. Pursuant to law and
stipulations in the contract, the landowner DEMANDS THAT YOU SETTLE YOUR ACCOUNT within
FIFTEEN (15) days from receipt and to VACATE the premises within THIRTY (30) days from the
receipt of this notice. The period above stated is non – extendable and non – negotiable.

commercial lot and building located at Block 6 Lot 16 Saint Andrew Street, King David Subdivision,
Burgos, Rodriguez Rizal that you are currently occupying thereof. You have been ignoring your
prior agreement with her to pay the arrears or unpaid rentals due for the months of March 30,
2018 up to August 30, 2018, which have cause irreparable injury to my client.

Please be advised that you have breached the provisions of your contract with the
landowner specifically the payment of the monthly rental of SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
(Php 7,500.00) PESOS from the months of March 30, 2018 up to August 30, 2018 which have now
amounted to FORTY FIVE THOUSAND (Php 45,000.00) PESOS. Pursuant to law and stipulations
in the contract, the landowner DEMANDS THAT YOU SETTLE YOUR ACCOUNT within FIFTEEN
(15) days from receipt and to VACATE the premises within THIRTY (30) days from the receipt of
this notice. The period above stated is non – extendable and non – negotiable.
