AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION

I, SHIRLEY BELTRAN IBAÑEZ, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to ARTHUR G.

IBAÑEZ, Filipino citizen, with residence and postal address at#19 Badajos
Street, Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, after having been sworn to in
accordance with law,hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the niece of the RODLFO F. BELTRAN, the registered owner of a

parcel of land located at Boundary of Baculod, Alcala, Cagayan
containing an area of 66,561 SQUARE METERS covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. T-177988 issued by the Registry of Deeds for the
Tuguegarao City;

2. That on the above-said title there was an erroneous entry on the

Technical Description particularly on the recorded subdivision plan of the
above-said parcel of land;

3. That the subdivision plan of the above-said parcel indicated on the

certificate of title is Psd-(af)-02-063613 instead of Psd-af-02-062513 as
appearing on the approved Subdivision Plan of Lot 818-H, Psd-2-01-005997
as surveyed for Rodolfo F. Beltran, et. Al duly signed by Atty. Gil A. Aromin,
Regional Technical Director, DENR. As a proof of evidence, Subdivision
Plan of Lot 818-H, Psd-2-01-005997 is hereto attached as an integral part of
this affidavit;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest of the truth of foregoing facts;

5. That I am further executing this affidavit as a compliance of the

requirements of Registry of Deeds for the Province of Tuguegarao City for
the annotation of the title and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
