in the Mass.

3. Tr. Myka added that if they have questions just ask to the right person to ensure
the details and to avoid mistakes.
4. Also, follow-ups on the non-submitted F-137 should be done by the advisers
especially for the graduating students.

D. School and Office Services

1. Reports had reached to Tr. Violy about customer relations concerns, though it
was addressed already to the person concern, she rightfully mentioned it for all
as we communicate with the stakeholders.

E. Cancellation of Classes
1. Teachers were reminded of the classification of class suspension depends on the
storm-warning signal. However, there is times that neither the municipal mayor
nor the provincial government announced cancellation of class in their discretion
so everybody was advised to keep posted and updated.
2. Teachers were also asked to inform the parents through text or in any means to
update on cancellation of classes.

F. Lesson Plans and Calendar of Activities

1. Tr. Violy noticed that lesson plans and calendar of activities are not jive to each
other. Also, she observed that most of her observed classes abruptly shifting
from pupils/students reprimand to lesson proper.
a. With that, she encouraged everyone to have or use motivations first before
directly starting the lesson.
b. Also, teachers were asked to give more examples for them to share as well,
and give their examples, too.
c. In giving examples, don’t be obvious that it was taken in another book.
Flashcards or index cards could help perhaps if necessary.
d. Don’t be too harsh with the pupils or students nor lessen being too much
dominant in the class.
e. Relax when observed, do what you have to do.
f. In teaching, center your focus to the students not only on where you are
standing. This speaks of the perspective in the class and direction.

G. Classroom Management and Cleanliness

1. When Tr. Violy and Tr. Liza went to the 3rd flr. of Grade School building, they
saw untidy rooms especially Grade 6 - Gold room, also the Grade 10 - Wisdom
room.
a. With this, she reiterated to call the attention of Kuya Ian to get the rubbish
inside the classroom when it is full.
b. Last subject teachers before transferring to another room were asked to
please instruct the pupils and students to clean their rooms before leaving.
c. For grade school pupils, re-orientation on how to properly dispose their
rubbish or how to keep their small trash was suggested.

H. BULPRISA Preparations
1. Tr. Flor was asked if list and line-up for BULPRISA are ready. With this some
concerns were raised.
a. Since not all teachers are amenable to pull-out the participants, self-
discretion on practice will be observed.
b. Students who will participate in BULPRISA will be given proper credit and
exemptions with certain limits. Also, it is clearly agreed that they will be
exempted in First Quarterly Exam or Second Preliminary Exam, which ever
will be the affected period of training in the duration of the event.

everybody is asked teach their students to respect whoever is in neither front nor
classmates that are reporting to class.
2. Mr. Villar added that if teachers will going to absent, make sure to leave a
seatwork through the HOD.
3. Also, he added that it is important to have library hours for Senior High School.
So, Tr. Violy asked for the free time of Tr. Boy which is 1:00-4:00 in the afternoon
and to arrange the library.
4. SSG Meeting de Avance and Election will push though, rain or shine if ever there
will be classes on Tuesday, July 2.
5. Mr. Villar asked the SHS teacher to submit their lesson plan in brief and concise
form, most likely if applicable one month LP.
6. He stressed to make a subjective test rather than an objective one. This is to make
the students logically use their thoughts and minds. 30-item test will do.
7. Tr. Violy added to update the classroom’s Essential Questions.
