TILES WORK

Toilet and Bathrooms • Ceramic tiled flooring anti skid type of flooring is
50/sqft.

• Wall cladding up to 7’ height tile size of 18’’x 12’’

for wall and basic rate is 50/sqft.
Portico
• Vitrified heavy duty flooring.

Kitchen cooking Platform Granite top cooking platform and wall cladding 2’ from top of
granite slab.
Kitchen sink Any Branded SS sink
10 Staircase and balcony Stainless steel pipe railing will be used.
TERRACE WORK
11 Weathering Roofing Above the RCC roof slab
A layer of weathering coarse using brick jelly concrete and

12 Electrical Wiring ¾’’ standard pipe will be used in concrete and wall

be provided for lights, fans, etc…
Hall – One TV Point, Two 5Amps points ,One wall light
point, one fan point, Three light point, One baby cradle
hook.
Bed room- One light point, One fan point, Two 5AMPS
point, One AC point in master bed, One baby cradle hook.
Kitchen- One light point, Two 5AMPS point, One 15

PLUMBING AND SANITARY ITEMS

13 • All PVC Pipes and CPVC Pipes, fittings shall be standard ISI marked

• Attached toilet will be provided with one EWC and flush, one wash basin ,one
hot & cold wall mixture with overhead shower
• Common toilet will be provided with one IWC/EWC,

• Outside passage flooring work( cement flooring for outer area)
• Plan approval
• Foundation extra depth & extra height
• Toilet 7 feet slab

• Separate Staircase headroom, take it as separate sq.ft rate
