It is hoped that this letter finds you in an excellent state of mind and spirit as you continue to be
the pillar of the home of the champions.

The officers together with the members of the ReGeneration Club of KNCHS are planning to
hold and facilitate CELL GROUP CONVERGENCE as we celebrate and empower all cell
groups that are established around the campus on July 31, 2019 (Wednesday) from 6:00 pm to
8:00 pm at the KNCHS Gymnasium. Furthermore, this Convergence will be attended by other
ReGeneration Club Members from other campuses around the City Division of Koronadal.

Related to the aforesaid, we are asking permission from your good office to allow us hold this
Convergence as part of our activities stipulated in our Action Plan. We also seek your
permission to use to utilize the Gymnasium.

Attached herewith are the Certificate of Registration of the Club as well as the Action Plan for
the S.Y. 2019 – 2020. Thank you so much and more power!
