Introduction
body to enable us perform our everyday task and keeping track of it is very importance. In
today’s world, technology plays an important role in every industry as well as in our
personal lives. Out of all of the industries that technology plays a crucial role in healthcare
is definitely one of the most important. This merger is responsible for improving and saving
effectively the existences of Clinic Management System (CMS) become necessary. The
used of CMS can enhance the services and also the work flow of all activity that happens
in hospitals where it helps in reducing the workload of medical staff, the number of man
power needed and it also make hospitals management become more manageable and
Currently, many clinics in our country are still store patients records by using paper
or card manual system. Nurses needed to manually write down the patients information
and index the patients medical card. Then these medical cards are kept organized racks or
to consider the impact of the information technology (IT) in their practices. The proposed
system is attempted to solve the patients record management problems that are facing in
many clinics. CMS is a central repository of information that can be updated and accessed
electronically within a clinic, allowing sharing of vital patient information between nurses
and doctors with security password access. the electronic patient record has a familiar
resemblance to traditional paper record that currently seen in many clinics.(Ping, 2010)

Statement of Objectives
The primary objectives of the study is to design, develop and test a School Clinic
Management System
system;
2. To develop a School Clinic Management System using Rapid Application System; and
3. To asses the usability of the developed system using SUMI in terms of:
a). Efficiency,
b). Helpfulness,
c). Security,
e) Learnability.
This will help the staff of the clinic to minimize the time and effort of finding the
documents;
to the staff(bold). It would reduce time spend in finding the documents of the
patients.
to the researchers(bold). This system will improve the researchers knowledge and
abilities in developing a system, it can also help them gain more knowledge
in their field and can strengthen their self-confidence and trust with their selves in
a future undertaking.
to the future researchers(bold). The available data would be useful to the future
can make further improvements with the system that they can use for the future
study.
The School Clinic Management System aim to solve all the aforementioned
problems and to provide easy accessibility with all the documents and information
that the school clinic handles. The system will provide a more accurate record of
all the students- from their personal information to their medical background.
it will also provide the complete list of all the available medicines- mostly basic kinds
