Declaration of Heirship with Waiver of Rights

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, FEBE FLORENTIN-MURILLO, married to RICHARD

MURILLO, of legal ages, Filipinos and a residents of Poblacion, Tulunan
Cotabato;NOVY C. FLORENTIN, of legal age, single and a resident of
Poblacion, Tulunan Cotabato;
SHERY FLORENTIN-TAPING, of legal age, married to VIEN BON
LYOD TAPING, Filipinos and a residents of Poblacion, Tulunan Cotabato;
AUJIE C. FLORENTIN, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of
Poblacion, Tulunan Cotabato;
DAISY FLORENTIN-REQUINA, of legal age, married to ALLEN
BRADLEY REQUINA, Filipinos and a resident of Poblacion, Tulunan
Cotabato; do hereby declare as follows:

1.That the above-named parties are the legitimate children and the
sole and compulsory heirs of the deceased DELFIN V. FLORENTIN
and DOLORES C. FLORENTIN who died on June 9, 2017 and January
24, 2018 at Kalasuyan, Kidapawan City and Davao City;

2.That the decedents died intestate, without leaving any Last Will or
Testament and without leaving any debts or accounts whatsoever;

3.That the decedents left a parcel of land described as follows:

Lot No. 2516, Pls-222, containing an area of SIX HUNDRED

(600) Square Meters, more or less, situated at Poblacion,
Tulunan. Cotabato and covered by MSA V-58309;

4. That we FEBE FLORENTIN-MURILLO, SHERY FLORENTIN-

TAPING, AUJIE C. FLORENTIN, and DAISY FLORENTIN-REQUINA
do WAIVE, RENOUNCE, and QUITCLAIM forever, whatever share,
right, interest, ownership and participation we have in the above
described real properties.

5.That pursuant to Section 1, Rule 74 of the Revised

Rules of Court of the Philippines, and the parties herein being all of age
and full civil capacity, they have agreed to divide as they do hereby
divide and adjudicate, the real properties, in equal share the 1/5 share
in favor of our sister NOVY C. FLORENTIN;

6.That we hereby affirm that we have executed that this instrument

out of our own free will without force, intimidation or violence upon our
person, and that we have hereby received our just and proper share

TAPING/AUJIE C. FLORENTIN/ DAISY FLORENTIN-REQUINA
and have no more claim or demand against each other in connection
with the adjudication of the above-described parcel of land;

Note: Marital consent is not necessary because this is a peripheral/capital

property of the heirs.
