APPENDIX Nº 01
APPENDIX Nº 02

A long time ago in ancient Peru. A man dressed in a suit with gold and
feathers arrived in a wood raft to our coast or building a big empire.

He is called Tacaynamo and he was very intelligent as nobody, he had big

magical powers and a great strength. He arrived to our shores carried by the
wind to build a big city, which would be called Chimu.

Tacaynamo taught men and women to work the land and build reed rafts to fish
and get food for the village's needs. Also he showed everybody to make
beautiful coppers and gold works for their homes.

One day, when he went to fish in his raft by the ocean some devils warriors
arrived and assaulted the houses of Chimu people. They took handicrafts and
food.

When Tacaynamo returned, he found people very scared. So, he decided to

deal to devils warriors. They lived on a small island very far on the ocean.

The trip was very difficult, because there was a huge storm but Tacaynamo
could overcome the nature effects.

Next day, tacaynamo arrived to the island and he went to look for devils
warriors to recover the honor of chimu village.

During many hours he walked for a narrow path and he found a bird trapped
between the stones. He had compassion for the bird and liberated it, so the
bird decided to help him.

Between the big mountains, they could observe the big cave, it was protected
by two tigers. So Tacaynamo ordered to the bird fly in circles to distract the
tigers and can enter to the cave.

When Tacaynamo entered to the cave, he took his mallet, which had special
powers and he got that the devils warriors surrender to him.

Finally, he returned with his new friend to his beloved Chimu and he brought
the people’s things, for that reason he was named emperor, and his big works
are kept until our present as the famous citadel of Chan Chan.
