dates back to as far as 1986.

Open V Telecoms is a Wholesale partner of ECN. Open V Telecoms utilizes Telkom for Data solutions
and ECN for VOIP voice traffic. Our least cost routing (LCR) via ECN is state of the art and is located
on the backbone of Telkom, Vodacom, MTN & Cell C, ensuring unsurpassed voice quality and clarity to
our clients.

• Open V has built a state-of-the-art Network Operations Centre (NOC), which monitors our national voice network.
• The NOC monitors active and passive network parameters to anticipate, localize and isolate problems on the network.
• Front-line personnel are co-ordinated and dispatched from a single control point based in Port Elizabeth.
• The NOC is also capable of providing up to the minute, real-time visual summary of the status of the entire network.
