THE GEANDRO ELECTRONIC SHOP

I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The GEANDRO ELECTRONIC SHOP at Sta. Isabel Buguey Cagayan is a market

that sale and repair electronic products. The product is in within the demand of

prospect costumers with a reasonable price and a good service. The Geandro

electronic product will serve all costumers from the lowest to the highest class in

the society by providing each product with affordable prices and by rendering

services that will satisfy each and every costumer. The store competes in a

highly fragmented and completive market. It has carefully combined a variety of

promotional strategies into unique marketing mix to gain as much market share

as possible. The benefit of this electronic shop is to help reach out the needs of

the residents of barangay Sta. Isabel.

Geandro Electronic Shop aims to sell high end products and render quality

services. The salesperson also has good rapport with the costumer. The

electronic products were mostly Japan made. Japan-made products are more

expansible as compared to other products since the country is well known for

being advance in terms of technology.


The foremost objective of this shop is current awareness of the shop in limited to

its local community. This shop wants to be recognized in the internet so it can

reach larger costumer populations. Therefore the owners of the said shop will

create a company blog and a page for such objective to be achieved The

implementations of this business plan will enable an increase in potential

customer-base from hundreds to thousands by exposure from local to national

market, and increase sales and profitability.


II. OVERVIEW OF THE BUSINESS

Geandro electronic shop or home electronics equipment intended for our daily

use, usually in private homes. Electronics includes devices used for

communication, home office activities and etc. Nowadays, most of electronic

shop have become based on digital technologies and have largely merged with

the computer industry in what is increasingly called or referred to as the

commercialization of information technology. With that advancement, it is good

to note that there are also business that help us renovate some junks or wastes

of technologies. One of the businesses is the Geandro Electronic Shop.


III. BUSINESS PLAN (THE NEEDS)

A. Residents of barangay Sta. Isabel are facing a problem on appliances store.

Some of the appliances that are needed by the residents every day are stove,

micro wave, electric fan, radio, television etc. in order to perform a particular

job. One thing to consider when building electronic shop is the possible level

of percentage of the residents who already have appliances should be higher

than the stationary percentage. Also Geandro grants true and honest services

to the resident of Sta. Isabel. According to our simple survey about the

occupation of the residents most of the adult males are farmers and most of

the adult females are house wives.

B. Geandro electronic shop will surely sustain the needs of the residents in this

barangay and the town as a whole, especially those who belong to the lower

class families. Other families today prefer to buy new appliances rather than

repair it. With such observation, the owners want to put up an appliances

store located in the barangay so as to make sure that it will all be their

appliance market. This idea will save their time, money and effort.

C. The proponents believe that the buyers will support the product because of

its unique properties. With this, the Geandro electronic shop will serve as an

instrument in helping others to save money by having their appliances to be

repaired than buying a new one. This may also serve as basis for other

entrepreneurs to discover more needed appliances. The proponents assure


that this will not only address the needs of the residents of barangay Sta.

Isabel but the whole locality of Buguey and even its neighboring towns.
IV. VISION, MISSION, VALUES

VISION

In the name of good customer service, the Geandro Electronic Shop wants to

expand its national business competitiveness recognized for excellence in

quality service.

V. MARKET PROFILE

A. Research and Analysis

Nowadays, many people uses different appliances. The Geandro Electronic Shop

believed to have a yearly increasing improvement for customer satisfaction. The

proponents assure that quality standard is at its best. Most of its products can

meet and sustain the needs and demands of the community in terms of sales and

servicing. The management guarantees that every action is taken primarily to

make their business successful.

B. Marketing Plan

The daily, monthly and yearly target buyer indicates that 30% of the residents of

Sta. Isabel will purchase from Geandro Electronic Shop in a year while 70% from

the residents will buy twice a year. During harvest season, it is expected that

there will be an increase in the sales and servicing.


VI. PRODUCTION/TECHNICAL PLAN

A. Product Description

The Geandro electronic shop is a business selling electronic product appliances. The

product was made in Japan, we are buying to a branch of japan merchandise where in

Bulacan. The product that we buy inspected very well to make good for the costumer.

This will be placed in barangay Sta. Isabel Buguey Cagayan. The consumers will choose

if they want our product.

B. Operating Strategies

The business will produce a high quality contents and value as well. The Geandro

electronic Shop will need the different electronic appliances to supply the goods of the

resident of barangay Sta. Isabel. These include all the different electronic appliances like

domestic and audio appliances. The proponents will be the one to produce the product.

The different electronic appliances will be purchased at barangay Sta. Isabel Buguey

Cagayan where we can assure the quality. The proponents tried to interview the

resident of the barangay Sta. Isabel by offering them a low cost and made a comment

after. During the operations, the business will think of more ideas on how to create

attractive products.

Based on the table showed, there are two competitors who dominate the barangay

of different electronic appliances. Geandro Electronic Shop aims 10% of the market

share. Through creativity, uniqueness, and innovations, the management believes

that will be achieved.

B. Contribution of the Business

Manager- it is responsible for the management and accountability of the business, at

the same time they are the ones who manage and produce the product.

Supervisor- it is responsible to supervise to make the financial income of the business

become successful.

Cashier- it is responsible for the financial income of the business.


Sales Lady- it is responsible for the advertising costumer support and helping the

customers to choose a good quality of the product and to increase sale.

The Geandro Electronic Shop has a very simple operational plan. it starts from Inventory

and Estimation of the number of product to be produced daily, then purchasing of the

different electronic appliances to be sell, after purchased, next is advertising and Selling of

the product and the last, the marketing or the Delivering of the product.
B. Monitoring and Evaluation

Geandro Electronic Shop will produce 5 different electronic appliances per month. It

takes a minute to convince the costumer to sold the appliances since the product was

made by the genius technician, this serve for the resident of the barangay Sta. Isabel.
IX. SUSTAINABILITY

I. Financial Plan

Geandro Electronic Shop will need at least Php 70,000.00 to start its operation in the

barangay. This will be coming from the investments of the students who are willing to

be involved in entrepreneurial practice like this. Also, since two of the proponents are

students and the other are manager and supervisor. They may combine their talents to

conduct fund raising activities to increase the capital investment of the business.

II. SOCIAL IMPACT

A. Long – Term Desired Outcomes

Geandro Electronic Shop will supply the needs of the resident of sta. Isabel. The

proponents also prioritize the resident of it. They are currently on negotiation with

the resident regarding the inclusion of the Geandro Electronic Shop. Thus, Geandro

Electronic Shop expects that within three years of operation of the product. The

appliances will in sale. Because of this, the other resident of the barangay Sta. Isabel

is become insecure so that they will be buy the product.

B. Social Impact in the Community

The business will not only help the resident of the barangay Sta., Isabel but to help

the producers of these goods that will be the main thrust of the business. The

proponents of the business will also be the educator of the students taking the T.V.E

(technical Vocational Education) electronic course since; the school is implementing

this kind of curriculum. This will be the great help for them in case they are planning

to build their own business in the future.

C. Business Impact in the Community

Geandro Electronic Shop believes in co-existing nature and business environment. It

will increase market demand for selling different kinds appliance. This will help the

resident of the barangay Sta. Isabel in buying more products easily at nearby shop

or store which is the Geandro Electronic Shop. Since the main product is made in

Japan, it is a good quality and unique appliances. The proponents made an


agreement with the other resident in barangay on how they can be of help on the

promotion of the product. The business has the potential to survive in the barangay

because of its affordability, high quality and have high social desirability.
