BREATH THROUGH TEETHS

Today we are going to create our ions and psyche in relationship because the greatest
power in your body is your own psyche. Something, which is real you, this is the nucleus, if
you see, if you burn a candle, the center of the candle is dark and is empty. Outer part is
blue part, which is the hottest, in between is the part, which illuminates and give you the
light because that works as a filament, center of the part is hollow. So exactly in this aura
is the arc body from where your real body starts, your physical body is just the central
nucleus is the only hub, all it has is a meat.

Right hand on top of the left and breathe with your teeth please and breathe in and breathe out and don't
feel bad. Breathe deep. Just breathe between the teeth. Longest and deepest. Breath should go through the
teeth, come out the same way. Remember you breathe like that in a absolute panic remember this. It's a
scientific not theory, it's a human body language. When you are in a extreme panic and you confront phobic
state of mind and only you have vitality not to face death.

Now your glandular system are getting affected and your immune system is getting activated, it will put
unnecessarily unwanted, undesirable relaxation right now. Try to beat it up and now start breathing
consciously and affectively and make it stronger and stronger as it makes you relaxing and relaxing. It is let
the body relax, let your power become stronger, let your breath become willfully stronger, affected, try, this
is called creating the impact, not the impression, create the impact. Improve the breath, put it on a
mechanical level, take it up from automatic level, now start using the will.

go. Inhale deep, hold it, press the upper palate with the strength of absolute strength of your tongue and
please see that you will bring all the pressure in every muscle within those eight vertebras from first to
under the skull to the brace of your shoulders.

BREATH THROUGH THE TONGUE

The only strength, which a religion, wisdom, knowledge, education, prosperity, excellence and self-
control, discipline can teach you, don't get and setup, upset, when somebody setup to upset you. If
anybody wants to upset you, just don't react and just act to guard yourself. You know in common
language you say, "He got to me," that's it. "She got to me," that's it. That's a wrong. When God got to
you, he, she and it, can't get to you, period. Look to Him, who created you, that what Guru said. Don't
look to all, who are created by Him too. They all in the same frequency, let them pay their Karma, let you
pay yours.

5 min: Let us little bit get our energy little bit higher, see how this beautiful brain helps us.
At the heart center, put right Saturn finger over left Saturn finger and make the Gyan
mudra.It takes away from you your obnoxiousness, it is called anti-obnoxiousness mudra, it
will be ying-yang balance totally perfect. Close your eyes. Pull your tongue out, and put your
lips on the tongue, not teeth, lip, it's very difficult mudra and now breathe through the
mouth. Now you will breathe through the sides, it's a very good breath, go ahead. Keep
tongue out, keep your lips touching the tongue and on the side there will be a little two
holes, natural high, organic, breathe in deep and breathe out through the nose.

Exhale through nose, inhale through the mouth on the two corners. Don't do it half heartedly, take the
tongue out, block it with the lips and breathe automatically both side of the mouth will have the hole
through the air will come.

6-7min: The same posture. The tape, 'Wahe Guru, Sat Nam, Sat Nam Ji...' is played

CONFLICT BETWEEN PERSONALITY AND MENTALITY

You have to be you but you have to offer yourself in certain areas, you cannot be you
alone and succeed, that's not the story. Lot of your areas of life are not successful.
Because you have nothing to offer to others. Therefore, others have nothing to offer to
you. all we talk is personality and what is our personality, we have certain dreams like I
will call it a film dream or a Hollywood dream, these are all dreams. What kind of house
we should have, what kind of car we should have, what kind of girlfriend and marriage
we have? Somebody put us and set us up into something. Now honestly you all have a
idea but none of you have sat down for yourself and thought before getting into
anything, what really you want for yourself. Because you have never known and
understood what your real yourself is. One exercise of that set for eleven minutes can
stimulate all your meridian points and we tested it out this time in Espanola. What you
can get is total acupuncture treatment or you do eleven minutes of that exercise.

11 min: pinkies and Saturn finger and the thumbs together like on the pic, leave the sun
finger and Jupiter finger, sun is the power of you and Jupiter is the knowledge. It means the
Jupiter and leave the sun out, let us see what rest does to you, okay?

Inhale. Now stop breathing, hold it, keep on pumping the navel. Exhale it. Hold it out, keep
on pumping, holding it out. stop breathing totally and consider these are point of energies
and pump the breath, whatever is inside you at the navel point, pump the navel point

TO CHANGE THE ENERGY CHANNEL

Your strength of life is based on your frequency of your electromagnetic field, clockwise and anti-
clockwise. Your strength of life is not based what you have learned in college, in university, whether you
have blonde hair or black hair, blue eyes and yellow or pink, big nose or small, Italian or Japanese. Your
strength lies how these chakras work in energy clockwise or anti-clockwise, that is where your strength
lies. If my strength is only me, then forget about it but if my strength is me in balance and I can be above
reaction, then life is real and we are going to have the example of it, right now let us work it out. See the
difference yourself, when you started, what are you now. Once you change the energy channel,
consciously breathe and use your will, over your mental game, you can be as good as God

3-4 min: Chanting Har very fast and moving hands Right before your mouth changing 2 positions every 30-
40 seconds.First position is showed on the first 2 pictures (Don't clap but must meet). The second position is
on the 3d picture. This is just to widening the magnetic field because this is the most chi sensitive area.

2 min: Now the other thing we are going to experiment is, put your hands on your eyes, just block that
area. Block that area with your hands, open your eyes and close them.

1 min: Now from the hand position in the previous exercise close and open your eyes with the hands by
moving out and again to close them
3 min: Now put your hands again on the eyes and stay. Breathe long and deep.

3 min: put your both hands on the navel point, one over the other and now long and deep, close your eyes
and deep long breath, let it go, take long, longest breath you can take, keep on breathing just as you are
filling yourself up and then let it go to the last extend. Don't use force, just brightly breathe in long and
exhale long.

To end: Now inhale deep and do what I say, exhale deep, totally exhale and press those hands on the navel point, as
forcefully you can, as forcefully, put your whole body energy, whatever you have and press hard, press hard, hard.
Inhale. Exhale again deep, deeply. Take it and as much air you can take it out, now press hard. Go ahead, go ahead.
Inhale. Exhale again. Long and deep. Press hard. Really, use the strength, really use it. Let it go. Inhale deep, relax.

ANTI HYPERTENSION BREATH

So there are seventy-two thousand nerve centers. Seventy-two thousand nerve center means also that
you have seventy-two parts of your body. And each part of the body has to be stimulated before you can
consciously effectively can work with stress and strain or day or night, whatever the duties are and what
you are supposed to do about it. Try to understand that the value of a woman is a woman. Value of a
woman is neither in your body nor in your mind, nor in your spirit. Don't befool yourself. Who the hell is
going to care how many degrees you got? Who wants to know what a bank balance you have if you
cannot be a total complete woman? Give me a break for God's sake. So what you end up doing is taking
A to B, B to C, C to D, it's called juggling the life. Now juggling the life is not a woman life. And majority
of the woman and specially in the western world where there is a commitment is at(as) it suits me and
the question is 'what about me?' That's the main thing. There is nothing what you call is relaxed life.
Because there is nothing original, it is juggling because we do not getup with a stimulated capacity of
totality. Do you understand what I am saying? That's why our decisions are mostly emotional; our things
are sometime not together. Most of the time we want to be angry and get even with. If you take all that
what we do and act and ask yourself a question, 'why I am doing it?' You are doing it because you want
to do it because you do not know anything higher than to do it. A wrong thing or a bad thing or
undermining thing is essentially to be done by you because you could not reach your higher self. So what
is on the ground you have to eat because you could not get from the top anything you wanted to actually
eat. That is how life is in confrontation.

I am not trying today to give you all what I wanted to but I like you to today do something which is very
unique. We are going to put a tape and we want you to keep sitting and keep sleeping. It is called anti-
hypertension body built-in which a woman needs.

31 min: These are my five fingers, I want you to understand the very oriental essence of you. These five
fingers I want you to join like this and I want you to put a reasonable pressure not that break the fingers
and not that it should be very light, close the eyes and I want you to totally understand you breathe
through simple what you call it, it is called drinking the honey.Inhale through puckered lips. Very
affectionate, very lovingly that you are breathing in the Prana; not harsh, not hard, it's very simple and to
the maximum and then you let it get out by the nose and see how your metabolism of the body react to it.
Close your eyes, concentrate, take all five fingers separate and press them and keep very politely and
affectionately breathing. after these thirty-one minutes are over, we will like you to go to sleep and now we
are putting the tape and mentally you will also catch up the rhythm. You are doing three things – mentally
you are catching up the rhythm, physically you are breathing in a definite way and spiritually you are

MEDITATE ON THE VASTNESS OF YOU

You will be recognizing majority of the woman have menstruation problem, irregularity, you can develop
cyst, you can develop irregular menstruation, you can develop lot of such kind of things. Where do they
come from? They come from your mental stress. It's a physical manifestation of the mental stress. you
can just mentally tell yourself I am a woman and I have to take everything as a woman. Majority of the
disease if a woman doesn't want to face she has to meditatively do self-hypnosis and that is first
meditate, clear your mind, bring yourself to a clarity and after that you have to give yourself own
affirmation hypnotically and one of the most hypnotic meditative and the most simple self-creating we
have is healthy am I, happy am I, holy am I. It's very simple. And second God and me, me and God are
one. It's very simple. They are all Ashtang, they are total chakra-by-chakra, well creatively said and
done. They are open, there are no secret about it, but the method to do it is yours. Method can be sit
simply first and then meditate and meditate on the vastness of you, not on you. It is very wrong to
meditate on you when you want to achieve something. Always remember meditate on the vastness of
you, beingness of you, the bigness of you.

it's a very special kind of Mudra, which I want to give you today. The thumb of the right
hand presses the center of the left hand palm like in the picture about heart center
Close your eyes and concentrate, sit with this posture. And now you should do one favor,
you should sing in this song not in anything other than whisper and please keep the rhythm
and don't stop in between at all. Close your eyes, concentrate on heart center.

SHIV KRIYA

There are certain characteristic you have to understand; your enemies are paranoia worst
enemy, it will squeeze you to death, it will takeaway your adrenal, it will, it will give you a
bad time, it will give you nightmares, my God. Your enemy is your paranoia, your enemy
is your insecurity, and your enemy is your belittleness when you feel not anybody tells
you, I don't agree what anybody tells you, and what you tell others, but when you feel
you are nothing, that is a mess which starts and it will never end, that is the biggest
blunder of your life if you ever can create. Your one touch to the child can give the child
the strength that that child can excel, your one denial can totally make that child nothing
forever, that's how powerful you are.

I'll ask you to just meditate in a very simple posture and this posture is, it is called Shiv Kriya,
Shiv Kriya is a very unique method denied to woman. With the right hand take the thumb of
the left hand like on the picture.
In this posture inhale with pucker lips, exhale through the nose.

READING YOUR OWN PALMS

52 minutes:

Look in your hands very calmly and keep looking and keep breathing from the navel deeper
than you can and exactly sixty-two minutes you will told it is over and whatever you see in
your hands, and whatever happens to you in your hand, and whatever experience you go
with your hands keep it to yourself, you are not going to look left and right, you are not to
say anything to anybody, simply put your hands before that as you are reading them as a
palmist, understand, but breathe from the nostril very deep in the navel, not with
diaphragm, with navel; if you will breathe normally you won't have the experience, period.
But if you breathe through the navel point you will, now you understand what I am saying
and look at those lines, and keep on looking, you have to do nothing else. today you are
reading your own palms and look at it very accurately and breathe from the navel point,
third Chakra so that the positive and negative may balance in you, start.

Please remember, the entire thing is based on breathing through the navel and not with the
diaphragm. You are all mature, you are all great, so you should be in a position to
understand it that you have to do it for your sake.

I FEEL BETTER, I AM BETTER AND THAT IS MY BASE

If ever moon doesn't come to the full moon, there is no moon. Each woman has to come to that full
biorhythmic, self-identity and has to acknowledge it, not as a joke, not as a ritual. Your life cannot be a
reaction. Ladies it will always bring you trouble, your life has to be always in action. Men react. Why
don't you go for the medical change and make yourself a male. If reaction is your concept, be a male.
Men react, it is their nature. God given instinct in a woman is to not react but to act. One step ahead of a
man. Woman who is not one step ahead of a man and man who is not one step ahead of a time are
failures. The problem with you is, you want to control your man, instead of you should control yourself.
With the energy you want to control the man, with the same energy if you control yourself, man will go
around you like a clock.

2 min: Right hand – put together thumb and finger of communication and put your three fingers up, left
hand - put together the thumb and the sun finger and put other three fingers up, just see, this simple thing,
connect this way, okay and close your eyes and just call on yourself, I feel better, I am better and that is my
base, I feel better, I am better and that is my base. I feel better, I am better and that is my base. Just simple,
talk to yourself. Talk to yourself. Repeat this affirmation to yourself. I feel better, I am better and that is my
base.

5 min: Interlock the thumb, one hand will be taller, shorter,hands looking to the side, look straight and put
the hands on the side straight. Now we are stretching the sciatica and interlocking the ego, it is called snake
curve and pull it this way and look straight, hands on one side, energy you are projecting on the other side
and look straight. Now close you eyes and as the record is played, tape is played... the work of the fifth
chakra and project on the side your energy and see what your body go through, watch it, don't proclaim

5 min: The same posture, but start to sing the mantra and on the last phrase of mantra open the hands to
make a circle around yourself like on the 3d picture and go back again to the position (The tape, 'Rakhe

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE - KRIYA

3,5 min: Right hand -soorya mudra, left hand = thumb and mercury finger together like on the picture. O
mouth, breath fast.Use the power of the navel point, breathe heavily. To end: Inhale deep, hold the breath.
Concentrate on the Shashara. Let it go. Inhale again. Hold the breath. Let it go.

5,5 min: Now please put your hands on the heart both, put your eyes on the tip of the nose. Feel the
goodness of the heart on the light, not the darkness, not the negativity, just feel under your hands you have
held the God, entire Godhood, not the ego, 'give me thirty-two dollars, give me forty dollars, otherwise you
don't love me, I don't love you,' don't bargain with Gods and love. Love with bargain is the worst of all, it's
called conditional love. There is nothing more nonsense for human than to have a conditional love.
Conditional love is the most worst thing a man can do to another man, person to person or woman to man
or man to woman. Hold the total God under your both hands in the heart center please. Don't think of small
things, think of God, the totality. Think of God and me, me and God are one. Think of oneness.

2 min: We have been very peaceful. Now put your knees around your chest and lock them with your hands.
Lock it tight, inhale deep and jump up, very difficult but you just do it.

3 min: Put your toes ninety degree up and your hand ninety degree up and start breath of fire, burn out
everything, all the toxin.

6 min: now get into a baby pose. Simple things are simple. Baby pose and sleep. Go to sleep. Put the tape
on. Sleep. (The tape, 'Sat Nam, Sat Nam Ji, Sat Nam...' is played)

3 min: Turn again on your back. Put your legs up, hands up and move them alternatively fast and breathe
breath of fire with it.

11 min: Sit up now. Put your hand back on your heart. Concentrate. The tape, 'Wahe Guru, Wahe Guru,
Wahe Guru, Wahe Jeeyo...' is played) Sing. Gong at the end of the class

ELEVATE YOURSELF

We display garbage. Why? Because we are insecure, very insecure, we are extremely insecure, we need
approval, we need approval of the creatures not of the Creator, that's another bad problem. Question is
of a consciousness. By marrying and divorcing things don't change, if the consciousness will not change."
It is the consciousness that can give you, give to you the elevated self. When you look at your higher self,
all these divorce, marriages, all these hanky-panky, hate and guilt and all that, they don't even get seen.
But when you look at your lower self, God they are really big. this class was only meant for that purpose
and I wanted to complete this.

1,5 min: right hand- take together thumb and jupiter finger and these two fingers put in the center of the
left hand, you see this on the picture now, Just try to vibrate, and vibrate to the point as you are making a
hole, put all your force of this hand, into this palm and resist with this palm and go to the point it will start
shaking. Though you don't have to shake, we have to put pressure to the point that your hands start little
shaky and don't tear off the skin. Pressure, pressure, you will shake, you will tremble like an earthquake.
You will change, your breath will change then your body will change. Give your nervous system a chance to
get to some strength, balance strength. don't do it, then I know what to do.

7 min: (The tape, 'Humee Hum, Tumee Tum Wahe Guru...' is played) In the beat of music bring hands
together with flexing the wrists in and out like on the picture.

8 min: Inhale deep, take your hand and take straight up. Up and stretch. Stretch your hand please, close
your eyes and meditate at your navel point. Keep the spine as stretched as you can, breathe long and deep.
and totally meditate at the navel, pull the navel in and meditate. Come on break the deposit and the pain
and all this nonsense. Stretch, they will start shaking soon. That is what you need, let them shake

2,5 min: Relax and start singing and clapping with it, Clap hard. Concentrate on the fifth chakra, throat
sing, sing, sing. Clap and sing.

To end: Inhale, put your hands together and press against each other as hard as you can. Go for it. Spine
will shake if you really do it right. Relax.

2 SACRED KRIYAS

KRIYA ONE: CONQUER SEX DESIRES


There are two Kriyas in Yoga Sanjoli and Bajaroli-these are the two Kriyas where you
conquer the sex and sexual desires and go up. There are quite long explanation for it and I
don't want to make you feel horny on this beautiful day.

Sit down, turn your tongue backward with the hypothalamus, lock your back teeth, Close
your eyes, look straight into the third eye, listen to the divine tape and relax, inwardly relax.

See the tongue has turned and pressured well.

KRIYA TWO:
Now sometime we go in our life and we are haunted by fear, fear haunts us here, there,
anywhere and it's a normal Karma, it's not something you create, I create, it happens. For

BREAK STRESS PATTERN

2 min:With left hand, take your right lobe and hang it, don't do anything further, just hang it Now sit
straight it will slip, I can tell you and just touch hard and just let the hang hand, it is about two pounds of
weight, it's very difficult for those finger to keep, it will be pulled right, top to bottom, if you really do it
right but it must not be pulled like pulling, put the neck straight, spine straight, just only put life in those
two fingers which are touching that lobe.
Actually you are holding the brain in your hand. All the three meridians, main meridians of the brain are
right there but it won't work if you hold your hand by your muscles, it only will work if you just press that
point and let hand's weight pull it. It's a very delicate balance you have to bring it. It's very easy, I don't
know why can't you not do it, just, just like that and pull it that way and let lie down and it slips, if you really
understand it slips, it is natural that weight it can't take, it slips because you don't have strength in your
fingers to hold it properly but it's a fun to let it slip and then recapture it and it is something to do and
concentrate, see how calm and quiet, you want to be. Yeah, you can yawn, no problem, it's okay, it will
relax you.

TRANCE AGRESSION

Trance aggression is considered attitude, it is like a cavity in the tooth for every female. Whatever the
negative thing you see in the body of the female, or in the behavior of the female, or whatever you want
to blame for, I am not saying anything particular, it can only happen to women who are trance
aggressed. this word trance aggressiveness or trance aggression they call it is an attitude where female
either picks it from the past, or the injustice or bad feeling or sickness in this lifetime, call it anywhere
source is not important.. It is just aggressiveness she picks up not for her sake, it is not her, it is what has
been done to her or what she knows has been done to her, or what she feels has been done to her, or she
feels neglected, rejected, used, abused, misused, and the worst thing is that majority of the time she
participates with it, initiates it, creates it, and then punishes herself with it rest of her life, that is the
worst of it. Once I remember one mother just slapped her little baby too aggressively. Normally their
behavior in this trance aggressiveness comes out to be reactive behavior which can be.... For which you
cannot give any rational organizational situation why. So it is a very sad situation in life which you
develop from the childhood, carry it with you.

Trance aggression you can also pickup from the company, from the behavior, from the pressure, from the
exploitation, mostly you can be used and abused by this, it is not a very what you call, thing which you
can pinpoint, but sometime you can sit in yourself and try to qualify yourself and find out where the
wrong is, surprisingly you will know where the wrong is. And once you become very particular about it
and find it out where the wrong is, then you can start looking at it and then ask yourself a question why I
am doing it.

62 min: I'll like to put you through today a situation where you can contemplate certain things like we'll
play the tape, and this is what you are going to do, tape is in eight beats, remember it is called Anaad,

THE CREATIVE PSYCHE OF WOMAN

There is nothing more powerful on this world than a thought, just remember: I am a woman, I am
creative, I am plus, I am woman, I am creative, I am plus, that is the whole psyche. Victory is yours, just
that thought every time constant, consistent and to be; I am a woman it will do you three things, you
shall play no game, you will have no fear, and you will have no axe to grind or manipulate in anyway, it
will save your entire energy of the day and it will only bring you happiness.

you try to look like a woman or you try to look like a punk woman, modern woman, ultra modern
woman, freaked out woman, depressed woman, heavy woman, smart woman, short woman depressed,
angry woman, happy woman, grace woman, God woman. Those are all qualifications, you know those
are categories, pigeon holes, put yourself in any hole you want but I am just saying, let us not go into the
details of it, let us go to the basic of it, the basic of it you are a woman, is that true, then why to do
anything else, then just be so. If you walk like a woman, you talk like a woman, and you be like a
woman, I tell you there is nothing more powerful than you. Take it as granted.

It is very difficult for people to learn the art and the psyche of a mother which starts with you at the time
of birth and it ends with you not after your death, you remain mother forever, this nobody can take
away from you, whether you have a child or not. The creative thought of you as a mother, the creative
psyche you of a mother exist in your aura and it never goes away when even your body dies That is why
in dreams mother appear faster than the dad. Mother is a instinct, mother is a creative instinct

How many times you have betrayed yourself as a woman, as a creative, as a being? How many time you
have hit yourself below the belt? How many time you have deprived yourself of your own intelligence?.
Just count how many time it was totally unnecessary for you to do yourself in, ridiculously, knowingly,
totally being aware that you are totally pulling the rug under your own feet, knowingly.

A divided woman is nonproductive, she is barren, her decision will be never right, she will not fit in in the
harmony, she will not have use of her caliber, she will always nagging, itchy, irritated, abusive, offensive,
go on adding any word in the dictionary because divided woman is nothing but a curse within herself.
And whenever you are divine, you are unique, you look to yourself as one piece, God surround you right
that minute, try it, try any time creatively and relate to your inner strength any time. Just remember that
you are a woman and not a toy, you are a woman and not a playmate, you are a woman and not good
for nothing. The beauty, the strength, and the power which you have as a woman no creature on this
planet has that. Moment you attach yourself to anything other than you, that is your weakness.

But telling you one thing very frankly the star resolves its retrograde, they always go straight, they always
have a magnetic field, they always have a power to pull and push, that you cannot avoid, it is called set
course. Your natal chart and your lunar chart and your sun chart have a set course. If you think you can
change you are totally wrong, but if you want to change you are totally right. Stars will never change, when
stars go retrograded they will go retrograde. Enemies will become strong, they will attack you, your friends
will become enemy, they will leave you, people will misunderstand you. Idea is not what the stars are, idea
is not who is retrograding, idea is that do you have a mind which can excel and is your mind tapped in the
Guru. If your mind is tapped in Guru, Guru's words, if God is your shield. Whatever happens, whatever stars
wants, whatever is the Karma, whatever is the destiny, whatever wrong is there written and must be gone
through, one prayer can change it all. That's why psychics are no good, that's why astrology in spite of
being a mathematical science is no good, that's why numerology which I have always mastered I know in
my heart of heart it won't stand, in spite of the fact the Japji says,
