and plan.

systems in my company are being expanded to include more integrated applications.
Majority (34%) of the respondents says strongly agree for my company has common,
agreed-to policies and procedures to standardize logistics operations.
5.2 SUGGESTIONS
The suggestions I have given for the betterment are explained below:
The management has to look after training programme actives in the organization.
Management to view the effectiveness of the training programme in the work place.
5.3 CONCLUSIONS
In the conclude note of my research I am confident to say that the study gave an
opportunity to analyze various factors regarding employee work life balance.
The sample size is very low so it is very difficult concluding it by saying that it is the
view of whole population.
