DEED OF CONDITIONAL SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF CONDITIONAL SALE is entered into and executed by and between:

______________________________ of legal age, married to ______________________,

Filipinos, with residence at __________________________, Philippines hereinafter
referred to as the VENDOR/ TRANSFEROR;

-AND-

_________________ of legal age, Filipino, single and presently residing

at ______________________, Philippines hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE/
TRANSFEREE.

WITNESSETH:

The VENDOR/ TRANFEROR is the owner of a lot and parcel of land and its
improvements as evidenced by _______________________ (Annex “A”) with an
area of _____ sq.m., more or less, particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR desires to sell the aforementioned property and the
VENDEE agrees and promises to buy the aforementioned property including the
improvements therein;

WHERAS, the VENDEE is interested to purchase the above described property

subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The selling price agreed upon by both parties is _______________________

2. The VENDEE undertakes to pay in full such amount, which the VENDOR
agreed with, upon the approval of the VENDEE’s Housing Loan with the
Home Development and Mutual Fund (HDMF), two (2) months from
execution of this instrument;
 3. The VENDEE will shoulder all the payments for Capital Gains Tax,
Documentary Stamp Tax, Transfer Tax, Title Processing and other related
documents pertaining to Transfer of Ownership;

4. The VENDOR shall under take to execute the necessary DEED OF ABSOLUTE
SALE in favor of herein VENDEE upon full payment of the above stated
purchase price.
