II CIRCULAR II

Sub: Online Registration for the Students of Vocational Stream Class IX

In supersession of earlier Circular No. F. DE-4S/vE/936f2015/105-111 dt.18.Q1.2016

issued by Vocational Branch and Memorandum dated 20/01/2016 issued by Examination Branch,
Heads of 205 Govt. Schools where teaching of vocational subjects under NSQF has been
introduced in class IX this year are hereby informed that eSSE has sent a mail to all such schools
on their maillD registered with CSSE. This mail has an Excel Sheet as an attachment containing
Regn. No, Name of Candidate. Code of SUbjects already offered by the student.

Heads of these 205 Schools have to just simply fill the appropriate Code in column "K"
(Heading: 'VOC_SUB") of the Excel Sheet for each student of class IX of the school who has
opted Vocational Subject under NSQF this year. Codes of Vocational Subjects introduced this
year are as follows:

Dynamics of Retailing 401

Information Technology 402
Security 403
Automobile Technology 404
Financial Market Management 405
Introduction of Tourism 406

Guidelines for conducting practical examination are enclosed herewith.

Excel File with subject Codes is to be mailed to rodlicu.cbse@nic.in and the hard copy
of the Excel Sheet duly signed by the School Head is to be submitted to Vocational Branch by 29
January, 2016 positively.

Heads of these 205 Govt. Schools must ensure that all the students of class IX of their
respective schools who have opted for vocational subject are registered with CBSE with correct
Subject Code without fail by 28.01.2016 positively.

No change will be entertained once the mail is sent to rodlicu.cbse@nic.in.
