30 days of feedback.
Here are 30 ideas to help you get better
at giving and receiving feedback. Take
the challenge yourself, or challenge
others for a little competition!

The next 30 days will help:

Set a calendar reminder


to share a daily act of
appreciation.
Day 2

Give a hand-written note of


thanks. Make it specific.

bobblehead, etc.) and give it to an
employee with a note recognizing
an achievement. Encourage them
to pay it forward.

Pass on the praise:

Heard something great about


someone? Tell them or email
them and copy their managers/
supervisors.
