Steps for downloading & using idea App

Download the App from the App store/ Play store

Download the Ramco mHub screen from After downloading Ramco mHub icon will
App store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) appear on your phone screen & click on the
icon to enter

Add server list (one time configuration)

• Type Live server & http://223.31.139.219/rvw

• Save it with icon in right corner
• Click on live server list to move the login page

First Time Login in mobile application

• Enter your Ecode & Password “tvs1” for the first

time
• It would ask for change of password

|
Change the password by answering the security question - 1

• Open browser & go to http://223.31.139.219/rvw

• Type your employee code & tvs1
|
Change the password by answering the security question - 2

• Answer the security question & save it

|
Change the password by answering the security question - 3

• Set your new password

|
Now login with the new password in the mobile app login page

• Enter your Ecode & new password

• Login to the app
• Select the Idea capture option

|
Idea submission

• Type your idea in the text box below the idea

& press submit

|
Login in Eapps – 1

• Go to Eapps, Login with your employee code & password

• Click on the icon – org initiatives

|
Login in Eapps – 2

• Click on idea bank & view all ideas

• If more info hyperlink appears against your idea, click on it

|
Login in Eapps – 3

• Enter the additional information for implementing your idea in the more information
page & save it
