WAIVER, RELEASE AND QUITCLAIM

We, SANCHO A. DELA CRUZ, SALDY DELA CRUZ, and SANNY DELA CRUZ, of
legal age, Filipino citizen, and residents of Bulwang, Numancia, Aklan, New Washington,
Aklan, Purok 3, Pusiw, Numancia, Aklan, Philippines respectively, after having been duly
sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That we are employees of GP TRADING, owned by MR. GERICK TEMPLONUEVO

and with business address at Bulwang, Numancia, Aklan;

2. That our employment from GP Trading has been severed;

3. That we hereby acknowledge the receipt of the total sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND
PESOS (Php 80,000.00) as separation pay;

4. That we hereby declare that we have no further claims whatsoever against our
employer, its officers or any of its staff and that we hereby release and forever
discharge all of them from any and all claims, demands, cause of action of
whatever nature arising out of our employment with the latter;

5. That we further agree that this WAIVER, RELEASE AND QUITCLAIM may be
pleaded in bar to any suit or proceeding to which either us, or our heirs and
assigns, may have against our employer in connection with our
employment with the latter;

6. That the payment by the employer of the aforementioned sum of money, which
we have received, should not in any way be construed as an admission of
liability on the part of our employer and is voluntarily accepted by us and will, if
need be, serve as full and final settlement of any amount(s) due to us or any
claims or cause of action, either past, present, future, which we may have in
connection with our employment with our employer; and

7. That, finally, we manifest that we have no further claim(s) or cause of action

against our employer nor against any person(s) connected with the
administration and operation of the latter and forever release the latter from any
and all liability.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signature this 1st day of
April 2019 at Kalibo, Aklan, Philippines.
