into Recovery mode or Emergency mode and you will be unable to complete the

<h3>Emergency firmware recovery</h3>

<p>If the firmware upgrade fails and your phone
goes into Emergency mode, it will display the picture shown below. Follow these
steps to recover the device:</p>

Remove the rear cover and battery from
your device. Locate the serial number and model name. Enter them in the Serial

<p>If you cannot upgrade the firmware because
your device is not recognized, try the following solution.</p>

<li>Disconnect the cable from the mobile phone,
and then remove and reinsert the battery.</li>
<li>Press the power button.</li>
<li>Make sure that the mobile phone has turned
