V. PCB DESIGN

VI. PROCEDURE
1. Draw the PCB Design on the PCB with the pencil neatly
2. Sharpen the BBQ stick with utility knife
3. Trace the drawn PCB design with paint using the BBQ stick, then wait for the paint to dry
4. Submerge the PCB in the cut out plastic bottle with a significant amount of ferric
chloride
5. Shake the cut out plastic bottle gently for 5 minute to fully dissolve the copper in the
PCB
6. Rinse the PCB off with water
7. Scratch off the paint using a coin or your nails
8. Create a guide for the electric drill using a nail and a hammer. Lightly pound the nail into
the PCB to make small dents
9. Create holes using the electric drill
10. Place all the necessary components on the PCB
11. Cut a jumper and 2 wire strips using a wire stripper
12. Solder all the components neatly using a soldering iron
13. Test the bunker if it is functional
