Terms and conditions of sales Contract.
1. The Above Prices are EX-Works Chennai.
2. Contract Validity: As per above year mentioned & till 30TH JUNE 2020.
3. PAYMENT: 100% COD (CHEQUE ON DELIVERY)
4. TAX:
TAX GST as applicable extra - Chennai supply
5. FREIGHT:
FREIGHT To be billed Invoice Extra (No supporting would be provided and taxes extra will be charged as
applicable).
6. Packing Charges: Rs.500/- for below Rs. 10,000/- Order Value & Above Rs. 10,000/- order value for NILL.
7. Order Confirmation: Customer Needs to send the order confirmation through email for required quantity
to VIDEOJET for further process..
8. Lead Time: 7 to 15 days from date of confirmed PO receipts or Subjected to Stock availability.
9. The “General Conditions of Sales, Delivery and Warranty” by Videojet India Pvt. Ltd are a non-divisible part of this
contract. Should some items of the contract differ from the “General Conditions of Sales, Delivery and Warranty”
the conditions stipulated in this contract will prevail. The rest of the General Conditions of Sales, however, will not
be affected.
10. This contract will be effective immediately after being signed and stamped by both parties & will supersede any
other previous arrangements/contracts/agreements/quotations on these matters.
