reduced maintenance costs footprint are among the key benefits. The No-Idle System is coupled with the
(fewer PMs, longer engine life) existing OEM HVAC controls in the cab or can be supplied with stand-alone Mine
Air Systems units to provide climate control within the cab.

Battery pack

Diesel powered heater

Description
The auxiliary battery pack is the heart of the No-Idle System. It provides the 24v
power necessary to operate proven Mine Air Units, diesel fired heater, control
systems and the blower fans inside the cab independently of the equipment's
main batteries.

The battery pack consists of four 12 VDC/200Ah AGM (Absorbent Glass Material)
batteries wired in series-parallel to achieve a 24 VDC/400Ah power supply system.
These batteries were selected due to superior recharging capabilities and excellent
duty cycle. They are recharged via the OEM equipment alternator when the engine

as well as the cab during no-idle periods, protecting both the engine and cab.
