Attendees: 20 parents out of 40 expected parents attended

The second Homeroom PTA Meeting for SY. 2018-2019 was held on
September 7, 2018. There were 20 parents who attended the Meeting. It started at
8:30 in the morning. The first part of the meeting was formally started with a prayer.
Agenda of the Meeting:
1. Giving of Certificate to Top 10 of Mahogany
2. Distribution of Report Cards (Form 138)
3. Follow-up report on pupils progress
4. Absences and Tardiness
5. Other matters

As all other pertinent concerns were dealt with for the time being, the meeting
was adjourned at exactly 1:30 in the afternoon, with the same number of
attendees.
